Came here as a guest after landing at MSP in the morning to work from the lounge before getting picked up in the afternoon, and I had a great experience.
We sat in the Sky Deck at one of the curved booths, which comfortably fit both of our work setups. In both the main section and Sky Deck, there's a wide variety of seating options and with varying levels of privacy. There's also a multitude of outlets and tables for those who are looking to work remotely.
The noise level varied throughout the day as people came and went, but there was always music playing, and didn't interfere too heavily with work calls.
We came in the morning when they were serving breakfast, and stayed through when they pivoted to a lunch menu. The food options aren't vast, but they served yummy essentials like sausage links and fruits for breakfast, and roasted broccoli and chicken for lunch.
The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. There are two private all-gender rooms in the hallway leading to the men's and women's rooms.
Overall, a great way to spend a few hours. I would've liked to take more pictures of how beautifully decorated and luxurious it felt, but I was too focused...
Read moreThis was my second time using this Sky Club, and once again, it did not disappoint. It’s truly a great space to relax and recharge during travel. The lounge was exceptionally clean throughout, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
The food stations were well-stocked with a good variety of fresh and tasty options—nothing felt picked over or neglected, even during busier periods. I appreciated how staff seemed to stay on top of restocking and tidying, which made a noticeable difference.
The bartenders were friendly and efficient, making it easy to grab a drink without a long wait. They were personable too, engaging just enough to make you feel welcomed without slowing things down.
What really stood out, though, were the bathrooms. Despite the high traffic at this airport, the restrooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained—something I really value in a busy travel setting.
Overall, I’ve had consistently positive experiences here, and it’s quickly becoming a go-to stop for me whenever I’m flying through. I’ll definitely be making it a regular part of my...
Read moreThe new flagship in the Delta SkyClub system has been much anticipated for those of us who rely on the MSP Delta hub. Fortunate to visit the club within the first 4 days of its opening and it was a grand experience. Good job Delta You have a massive facility decorated and well adorned with modern achievement. The Grand Booth as you enter the sky club is immense to say the least. Understanding why this massive booth was impaled into this portion of the facility took a few moments to comprehend. The most visited portion of the club is at the end of the club where the huge windows and doors open up to the tarmac is an exciting area to relax. But when that space fills up or if the traveler needs a quiet place to sit and enjoy the luxury of the services the massive booth is a quiet haven for such a traveler. The food buffet in the multiple locations of bars provide any traveler with enough room to move about and feel...
