Minnibar — Restaurant in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory

Minnibar is a poor concept, executed poorly. The food is overpriced, and really not good. The burger I had was terrible, lacking flavor or fresh ingredients. It seemed to be rather carelessly assembled, as well. McDonald's would be my preference over the burger they serve here.

The drinks are okay, but also over priced, relative to other options in the MSP airport.

The iPad ordering system is easy enough to use, but good luck if you need to have something refunded when your order is wrong. A credit card charge back is your only option.

Absolutely unbelievable, arrived from a 4 hour flight at about 9:20pm. Wanted to grab a drink before my flight home and was told "they were closed". Looked up their hours online and turns out they are open until 10pm. Terrible business practice and horrific bartenders. If I could rate this zero stars I absolutely would. I have never ran into any business that is still in business that doesn't like making money. Thier loss, I'll buy some patron shots...

Erica and Sunny are awesome. I am and old Irish American from the East Coast, so I was looking for a great place with great local beer and great conversation to kill a few hours while cranking through email. Erica and Sunny were great. The bar hours fluctuate based on the last flight, earliest closure is 9pm, so bad reviews just hurt the staff. Help folks just feed their kids.
