Mattress World — Attraction in Fort Walton Beach

I went there during open hours had to call the owner or manager whatever she is on her cell phone to get arrangement for her to be there. Paid 1701.00 for a queen size bed. Since the first night I brought it home me and my husband both has the worse night sleep ever. We typically have to get up and get on our couch were hurting so bad. I'm still paying for the worst mattress I've ever laid on in my life it has no support whatsoever you sink all the way through to the wood and we're both small people. We even tried flipping it over to the transition side and putting a expensive topper on it. I would never recommend this place to anyone the service was horrible and the quality of the product is of the worst. I would rather sleep on a used hotel bed or anywhere than the bed I bought and have to pay for 6 more months on. :( I'm looking to buy another mattress soon and it won't be...

I found a frame and matress that I wanted to get. Came back a couple of das later to make the arrangements after getting my room ready and there was no one there. It was well after opening hours. So, I drove back to Crestview and tried to call a couple of hours later. Their phone was disconnected. We bought almost an entire bedroom's worth of new furniture and five mattresses, and are very happy with the excellent customer service we received from the owner, as well as the products. She was helpful and communicative throughout the process, as well as gave us a great deal for the amount of items we purchased. She even went so far as to help us put together the bed, which in my experience is above and beyond what most stores will offer you. Would highly recommend...
