D & B Sales Inc. | Car Audio Specialists — Attraction in Fort Wayne

D&B sales used to be our go to for all speakers, electronics, installs, cable, everything. However, it has recently changed ownership, and things have taken a turn for the worst. They refused to honor a $20 giftcard earlier this year that my husband had just been given in December for Christmas. Then he called in several weeks ago to find out if they had an item in stock, and to get more information on said item. The salesperson was clueless, but after several minutes was able to tell him that they did sell that item, but he couldn't tell him any information about the item because he is "just in sales". Also, please please train your sales people to atleast have good phone/communication skills, if they aren't going to be taught anything about the actual product. We have visited one or two other times, and it's really a let down each time. So after several bad experiences with this new ownership, we will no longer be using this shop, which is sad. This company is a complete joke. Unprofessional, reckless, and borderline malpractice on steroids. Instead of actually doing their jobs, they spend all their time throwing cheap shots at others’ backgrounds—like that somehow makes them better. Honestly, it’s a miracle they’re still in business based off the bad reviews and here I am adding another. Based off the reviews, if you have any sense at all, stay far away before they drag you into their beating around the bush chaos. Dealing with this mess is a guaranteed headache, and frankly, a waste of your time and sanity. Save yourself the trouble, trust me, you don’t want to get caught in their mess.

So I don’t know much about speakers, but I wanted to get into it. I went to D&B sales first bc everyone has heard of them. Well I walk in and the dude is super rude so I walk around look at some stuff and walk back. He asks if I have questions. I tell him I don’t know much and I have a ton of questions and I’m not sure what I need to get. He basically tells me he can’t help and that I need to figure it out myself and then blows me off bc I’m new and don’t know what I’m talking about. So then I went to speaker world bc I had heard they’re super nice and helpful. They are. Best place in town! Would recommend to ANYONE for ANY type of audio. They were super nice and friendly and even tested my sub and made a few small adjustments/fixes to it for free in like 2 minutes. Super super nice guys and extremely cheap. Seriously DO NOT GO TO D&B Sales! Go to Speaker world! I will for sure be back the next time I need anything audio related or have any questions. Can I give less...
