These people are nasty and they lie through their teeth. It's actually disgusting how they treat people. They lied to me when I made a purchase, they were to deliver and go over everything. That never happened.

When I picked it up myself I asked if everything was done and ready to go. Yet another lie, they never went over anything not even the basics. I got to use the bike for less than 3 minutes before it locked up and almost pitched me over the handlebars.

These people are terrible, dishonest about everything. Our family bought furniture from them when it was Dars. Never again, these new owners are in for a surprise. To ignorant to even think about what they had done. Or what's coming, you do not pull an act like this without repercussions.

For that very reason, I would do a Ü turn and avoid them. They will lie right to your face and try like no other to post blame elsewhere. You can keep lying, you know very well you were holding a seat post talking to others while Dan spoke to me. Please stop lying, it's horrible to think you do business where I grew up. For close to $1800.00 for a bicycle, one would think the seller would have been way less rude and more helpful than "You bring it in" until then we aren't going to do anything.

When I walked in I was not greeted as other customers were after me. I did buy an item there and was shocked that my credit card receipt was in full view for other customers to see on the company’s credit card machine as were all the customers who had purchased before me. I explained that I was uncomfortable that my name was visible and the last four numbers of my card was also showing. The employee said that is just how they track sales at the end of the day but she did remove the running receipt machine tape from the machine and rolled it up and placed it under the counter. We ordered a Treasure Garden cantilevered umbrella for our back deck. Josh was an excellent help in showing us our many options. Like many things these days, it took around three months from time of order until delivery.

Throughout the waiting time, Josh would call us occasionally to apprise us of the anticipated shipping and delivery dates. The two gentlemen who made the delivery were professional and competent. They didn't leave until they demonstrated the various features of the umbrella. About a week after delivery, I received a call checking about my experience.
