I wish I could I give b ZERO star and still leave a review.. ANYWHO, I had an appt scheduled for today a newborn shoot along with family photos. The guy who took them was very rude upon arrival. He rushed me to get my newborn changed into her clothing. ( it was too cold to bring her out doors with a dress on ) He yelled at my toodler ( 2 years old ) multiple times throughout the session.. Even asked me to remove him from the studio room because he wasn’t sitting still. 🙄 Only 1 pic of my children together was taken. He then proceeded to take my newborns picture. As I stated , I didn’t want any pics of her crying or with her pacifier in mouth. He continued to snap photos of her screaming to the top of her lungs. The flash did not help. The entire time he was with us, he whispered rude comments. ( under his breathe but loud enough to hear ) He then went on to yell at my toodler again for making noise outside of the studio, accusing him of yelling at another baby who was also in the studio. The he yells out “USE YOUR INSIDE VOICE” as if weren’t not in the mall, which is always a loud place to be. After something was said to him , he rushed me to get my newborn back dressed and basically asked us to leave the studio room. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS RUDE/UNCOMFORTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.. he has NO tolerance or patience for children whatsoever.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO JEFFERY DAHMER ( the man taking photos ) ALSO MY PICTURES WERE $200 and they were...

My friend and I went in just to look around a little bit. I found something I liked and we had walked to the checkout. When I got up to the cash register, the lady (I think her name was something along the lines of Dahlia) got annoyed at us because our item didn’t have a tag on it and hurried us along to go get an item with a tag. We got the same item with a tag and went back to the checkout. She told us we didn’t have to wait in line when we got back, so we waited near her checkout station because she decided to tend to other customers instead. We waited a couple minutes and she just passed us off to another cashier. While she was doing so, she was scoffing and rolling her eyes because she was annoyed that we “waited in line” which is not correct, we waited near her register because we did not want to cut in front of the other customers she decided to help instead. I have never been so ripped off by another business like I did here. Just so everyone knows, if you are going to get photos here, just don’t. We didn’t feel the need to look at how much it was going to cost for photos because we figured it would be a reasonable price. It turned out, they charge $20 per photo, any size, and an extra $14 PER PERSON, without any knowledge beforehalnd. The lady only took one single photo for each pose, did not check to see if it looked alright, then rushed us to do the next pose. We were only given 10-15 minutes for our session, then were essentially pushed out of the store after paying. Mind you we bought 3 photos, only had 2 people, and the total was $106. Unless taxes came out to be $18, there was an extra $10 added unnecessarily, and I was not given a physical receipt when I asked for one.
