November 2023: I've always wanted to get my wife a diamond tennis bracelet, and decided this was the year to do it. We worked with Madison Kelley again and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It's an amazing 6 carat white gold bracelet with VS clarity and EF color diamonds, so we are super happy with the bracelet and the awesome service in the process. Also thanks to Roger and Hollands for their 0% financing offers to make a large purchase like this possible!! We absolutely recommend Madison and this Rogers and Hollands location!
November 25, 2023: I’ve also added photos of the new titanium wedding band my wife bought for me with Madison’s help. I’ve always been happy with a very basic gold comfort band, but I’m excited to upgrade to this new look of the black titanium with detailed etching all around!
March 2023: We first worked with Madison to purchase a new wedding ring and surround set for my wife, ended up liking it so much that we went back, and she helped us upgrade it to this amazing final result. Madison was able to find this custom Gabriel & Co. setting that we loved, then ordered us a couple center stone options to choose from. The 1.6 carat radiant stone was not only the perfect size we were hoping for, but she was also able to help us get it in a VVS1 clarity and E color. Needless to say, we absolutely love it! We did financing on the wedding ring set through Rogers & Hollands and that was probably the most effortless process of anything I've ever purchased. With the coupon we received for doing the financing through them, we went back and bought another diamond/gold decorative ring from Madison that also gets a ton of compliments. Read moreIf I could give negative I would! Do NOT get your jewelry from here! Got my engagement ring from here. Have had numerous diamonds fall out. Always get a different excuse of why it keeps happening. Got a ring from Valentine's day from here. Again, stone after stone has fallen. Again, with different excuses until the manager finally told us that is was made poorly. And keep getting told, by the manager, with both of my rings and my necklace just don't wear them to bed, when you do house work, don't wear them to work. When am I supposed to wear my jewelry then? Of course they don't make you have to come in every 6 months like other jewelry stores to have your jewelry inspected to keep the warranty. They'll have your jewelry way more than that anyway for repairs! I've had my rings now 3 years and they have always had it more than me! And when I take it in for repair it always takes 4-6 weeks to get it back. Then we put my wedding band in layaway (the ONLY reason we bought that with them is because we were promised they would give us a good deal for all the trips we've had to make (1 hour one way), for all the broken jewelry, etc. Only gave us 10% off, then got an email the NEXT DAY that all diamonds are 30%!!! I've had to change my wedding date twice because of them! Told me to come today and pick up my wedding ring that they were sizing and sodering to my engagement ring. Get there and they are CLOSED!!! Read moreFor Christmas this past year my husband bought a beautiful necklace and earring set from your store which he payed $160 for. Not a very expensive set but none the less not cheap either. Since then I may have only worn the set maybe three times for special occasions. On the last time wearing the set I went to take the necklace off and felt the gemmed charm fall down thinking the clasp was not closed properly I found the charm and noticed that the clasp on the chain was broken. On March 26th 2022 ( yesterday) I went to the store where he purchased the set, the sales associate looked up the purchase and noted that my husband did not pick up the additional jewelry protection plan but told me that they could fix it for $45 . I left the store so infuriated that this jewelry store for one sells apparently cheap jewelry and the product that they are selling only lasts for a short time and that they wouldn't want a happy customer by just repairing the product but no, they want to charge me a quarter of the cost of the original price of the purchase. I am just so sadden over this experience that I have had with the product and the store that they couldn't just fix the necklace but wanted to charge me for the repair, at this point I definitely do not have a good review for this store and would never buy another product from here and will definitely tell my family and friends of my experience and apparently the quality of the products and would suggest not purchasing...
