Pine Valley Shopping Center — Attraction in Fort Wayne

I mean if u HAVE to go to the BMV....not sure u will ever LOVE it, but they seem to be quick and efficient with the amount of different service they offer. Had to get the new REAL ID for travel and items u needed to bring online were not current or correct. Might have been easier giving blood, SERIOUSLY! Provided passport, 2 proofs of residency and needed actual social security card not just the #. Note if you use taxes instead of social security card make sure all social #'s are shown. (They failed to mention that online as well). Even though when getting a passport required all of the above and birth certificate. U still needed the same documents, even though they issued a license to me and asked for that stuff at some point already. Anyway....after my second trip in the same day...I got my info I needed. Can u show them proof of documents from ur smart device? Absolutely NO. Still using copiers, and probably fax machines.... If only, government agencies used the same system and streamlined this...

You don't often say what a wonderful bmv. There was a really nice one in waynedale... which I can no longer go to..Sadly I found it Closed. so that's what brought me to pine valley. The window option had lots of Open spaces.. plenty of seating . The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, had very quick service. as well as seating near bathroom that was easily available. Friendly staff and the facility was easy to navigate. The actual office is tucked back and not easy to see but they do put small signs from the parking lot to help way find. The automated services are also available at this location so that is helpful. The place is clean and brightly lit and there is plenty of seating for everyone. Very quick, no drama interaction.
