Rice & Bowl (Bubble Bee Second location) — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I have now I went up to this place and they said that they're waffle machine is broken which is kind of sad so I don't think I'll make any more trips up here to this location the one inside the mall is also not better so I don't think I'll be doing my business with this place and I will be going somewhere else hopefully they'll fix their machines and stop getting junkie ones the one at the mall burnt the waffle and you can see bugs underneath the machine and the countertops were disgusting so if the owner is seeing this and you own the property at the mall for the food court there please have your employees clean out the machines and take better care of them because when you start seeing bugs underneath a machine it's very unhealthy and sick 😷 almost wanted to call the health department do...

I placed an order for the teriyaki chicken. This is my 2nd visit. I asked the cashier can I get an itemized receipt? He reported he couldn’t provide. My opinion, sketchy!

Ok, the meal comes with vegetables. I told the cashier, the vegetables would be fine. I got my order and it has no vegetables. So, you would think they would provide me the vegetables, as I already spent close to $20.00 for my meal.

No, they wanted to charge me another 3.00 for vegetables that already should have been included with my meal. ????????????????

Again, sketchy! I will not be returning, I don’t care how great the food or bubble tea is! My first impression of service, will be my last.

This place is exquisitely decorated and very clean. Prices are average for the area of that type of food and bubble tea in Fort Wayne. We did not think the food or bubble tea was very good. We got the pork belly hibachi and I got a crème brûlée thai milk tea. I have drank tai tea all over the world and this had no flavor of Thai tea and honestly, it was probably one of the worst I’ve had. Food was just okay, nothing spectacular about it.
