Q House — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

My family and I have enjoyed QHouse for years. They have occasionally messed up my order but were great at annotating what I was owed on my next visit. however, last night was the final straw. Not only was my order incorrect, but the food I did receive was terrible. It was burned and not edible. When I called to advise them of this, the individual on the phone who identified himself as the owner basically called me a liar saying her remembers looking at the food and it was not burned nor messed up; insisting I was given what I had ordered. when I told him I would no longer do business at his establishment his response was “fine”. I guess they are doing so well they don’t need my business...

The entrees were good. There was no green peppers in the PEPPER steak but the flavor was good. The Broccoli beef was great but the Mongolian Beef and General Tso chicken didn't have much sauce on it and the flavor was a bit bland. The egg rolls were good but not very hot. My biggest disappointment was the crab rangoon. I was so excited because I prefer the triangles to the flower shaped. The crab rangoon were cold and tough. I couldn't even finish the corner of the one I did eat. They come in orders of 6 so what is pictured is what was leftover. Over all, I was left disappointed and probably won't go back. Wish they would close the doors here and put a good Chinese restaurant in it's place. Rude lady running the place and the Son oh he is a real brain washed one, probably goes along with whatever Mother says. I don't know how the Husband (The cook) here puts up with her to be honest with you?

Don't get the vegetables here they will give you 90% broccoli and a little other vegetables in the mix (to save money of course) broccoli is very cheap. Each time you come the mix is a little different sometimes 2 mushrooms other times 7 mushrooms, depends on who's working? Oh and that lady, she is something else.
