Happy Nails — Attraction in Fort Worth

I have been coming here for a while and always tipped Tony 20-30 dollars because I felt that he always tried his best. Not today. I called and asked if Tony had time to do my nails, of course he said yes as he always says yes just to have me wait around for an hour and 20 mins, since it's only him that does nails, then he rushed me out because it was closing time, mind you I left work early, missed out on money just to get here as early as possible, I showed up at 4:20, didn't get seat till almost 6 and I didn't leave till 7:30! He rushed on my nails, the design is crooked and I asked for diamonds and he said too late since he already put the top coat on when I told him I wanted diamonds before he put the top coat on, and the designs I wanted which was a simple spider web he couldn't do. I am super unhappy, and he didn't seem to care in the least bit. I wanted cute nails to go out of town and I'm left with simple nails and a crooked design all for 70 dollars, it's ridiculous! Yes these nails with no clean up and a simple design were 70 dollars, the X'a aren't even in the middle and the black nails are all scuffed up, he rushed me out that the spider was still wet and now it has fuzz all over it and not smooth. Soo my name is Bobbie and i would definetly love to say im recommending this place to everyone! Ive been from salon to salon trying to find someone who does a perfect job on my nails and i have finally found the place! Tony definetly took the time to make sure my nails looked nice an natural! Literally he paid attention to every detail an ive never been more happy. Also love the massage chairs and the job kathy did on my toes the color is so beautiful. But my serious props to both of them for taking care of not just me but my boyfriends pedicure aswell and staying 2 HOURS past closing just to make sure we where satisfied definetly coming back!! an for the one comment about how he locked her inside i saw the huge bag of pennies she paid with! She didnt intented on paying, not with all those pennies. If you get work done on your nails and dont have cash, i feel its only fair that you leave something important behind to show your willing to pay. They take all the time to make you a importance to them and dedication in their work, If u really intend on paying it...

Seriously THE worst experience of my entire life. The male doing my nails had filled them and cut down then asked for payment before he would finish by painting my nails, gave him my debit card, then he tells me its cash only and points to an index size card with "cash only" handwritten that was on a desk off to the side. He tells me i must leave my license and go to an ATM to assure I will come back, I leave my belongings in the chair and try to go to my car to get my license to give him and they have already locked the door and refused to let me out! It took me giving them my keys just to let me walk to my car for my license! He got ugly and yelled, at this point I'm crying and calling the cops for help, I went to sit down and fell out of their chair and he yells that I'm on camera, which he later on watched on replay very loudly while glaring at me and laughing at me!
