Hands down worst experience seeing a movie. 6/8/25 @ 1:10pm I came in and purchased 2 tickets to the 1:20 lilo and stitch movie. Popcorn was OLD and burned. Ordered a hotdog, my son took a bite said mom it’s gross, and took two bites of it, in fact was old, hard, and tasted gross. We get to the ticket place and the lady says here’s your 3D glasses I said I didn’t buy 3D she said oh you got tickets for the 12:50 movie. I said no I asked for the 1:20 movie; they apologized and said just go to the 1:20 movie - failed to mention I paid for 3D so was overcharged. Fast forward to midnight, my son and I have AWFUL food poisoning. I only had 2 bites and he had ONE . Had to be the combination of a terrible hotdog and old popcorn. All stitch merch is sold out . Place is outdated and HOT . Any other theatre we go to we need a blanket, my 6mo old was sweating. My 7year old didn’t even use his blanket, I used a paper in my bag to fan myself the whole movie. 0/5 stars . Do better. Spent $80 total for a drink, two tickets, a slurpie, popcorn, a pizza we didn’t eat because lost appetite from hotdog, and the hotdog . Outrageous pricing. Called to complain and was told if I come back they’ll comp the visit.
Went back to the movie theatre today: spoke with “DAWN” . She was WONDERFUL. She made it right and I will definitely return to enjoy a movie because of...
Read moreThis place is a joke, I have been here several times and reducing my star from a 4 to a one!!! For starters we bought food at the concession stand and they did not have chicken sandwiches, tenders, or burgers but its still on the menu the guy said they hadn't had them in a long time (so y not remove it from the menu) ok so we went with cheese sticks and regular fries, they charged us for bacon cheese fries but gave us regular fries and said that's just how it rings up 🤔. We ordered one hot dog also that we ended up getting a refund for as they never ended up even making it. We went into the theater which was so nasty I had to go find some one to clean the chairs, there was popcorn, hair and some kind of greasy substance on the back, head rest, and seat of the chair i was assigned, you can tell they had no cleaned the theater properly you would think they have some type of protocol due to covid, we come about 30mins just to come to this theater as it use to be one of my favorites but I'll save the drive next time and go else where, wish I would have gotten a pic of the chairs and floors, I definitely would like to be refunded for the rest of the fund as it was...
Read moreI used to be super impressed with this theater. We quit going to the nicer theater in Alliance because this one was always so well kept. I’m not sure if they’ve had a new management change recently but tonight marked the second time in less than a month that we’ve visited and been met with dirty seats in an uncleaned theater, trash cans overflowing, and disgusting bathrooms. We saw a movie that was over two hours long and the same overflowing trash cans were still overflowing when we left. We couldn’t even sit down until we tracked down an usher to clean up the seats. The floors throughout were disgusting and sticky and the bathrooms clearly had not been touched in several hours. If it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to see a movie nowadays I could probably overlook this stuff. But it cost $75 for a family of five to buy tickets and drinks. How disappointing. Clearly the manager on duty doesn’t require her team to uphold a high standard. Looks like it’s back to Cinemark in...
