This was my 2nd time here. I had the fish tacos. They were...ok. Not great but good. Kinda dry, needed more sauce. I asked for corn tortillas, they tasted like they came from a bag, not fresh, or homemade. Overall they had good flavor. My wife had the turkey club sandwich I think. She finished hers so I assumed she liked it lol. The portion sizes were very large, good bang for your buck. Prices were reasonable. I sampled her onion rings, not great, too fried, too much breading & kinda hard. Not well cooked or prepared. I had tator tots with my fish tacos. Again they were ok, typical tator tots. Food was typical bar food. My youngest son had the chicken strips, they appeared to be very tough when I was cutting them up for him, but he did eat them well. My oldest had the kids hamburgers, I believe he finished those so they must not have been too bad. Our server, Ele I believe was awesome. He was the star of the meal, so attentive. I think he was assigned 3-4 tables, he handled it beautifully, worked very hard. Very sweet guy. Food needs some help. I get it that it's a bar & bar food, but it can still be really good food, if you want it to be.

flipsgrill so, we have been here already 2 times, giving this place a try.  ON the first visit i tried out the chili con queso with beef.  It was good definitely had the next time I visited. Then I tried the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and onion rings. This was also very good. The place is simply a bar with good food.  They have pool tables to play on when busy need to be put on a list to get a table.  Have large tv all over the place playing sports on them. With different games either live or other.  The service was the first time okay could have been better though.  Then the next time we visited I had the classic Philly steak sandwich with fries.  That was also very good. Not on par with a real Philly but was worth it.  The service was a lot better this time the young lady took good care of us.  In all the food was good.  The place does get loud at times with the games and the crowd.  Its easy to find parking.  The place is open late so it’s a good place to go when other places are closed.  The prices are very reasonable all around. Its our go to place now for when we just want something basic to eat.

First time at flips. Service was decent, atmosphere was delightful. The place is huge. Bathrooms are comfy and spacious and pretty clean.. no lack of supplies like toilet paper and hand towels. They even added mouthwash to the mix with tiny cups so you can rinse the alcohol smell off your breath before venturing out. (Not sure what that's about) alcohol burns off at a precise rate of .016 BAC per hour” and there is no way to speed up this process, so no that mouthwash isn't going help you avoid a dwi. Besides the obvious attempt to appease an alcoholic crowd with tricks in appearing sober. (Just jokes) the place is pretty nice. One tip: avoid ordering drinks from your waiter. We ordered a pineapple Express from the kitchen and also went and got the same drink from the bar tender... the one from the kitchen was extremely watered down and terrible and the one from the bartender was ON POINT. One of the regulars there pointed this out and it was completely true. If you want drinks go to the bartender.

Ordered food to go through the online ordering third party they use - zing. When I was 5 minutes away, I received a strange phone call from a zing associate asking about the order, and when I arrived, the order wasn’t ready. According to the host, it turns out the order was put in just minutes before I arrived because “the tablet that gets the orders from zing falls asleep sometimes.” That seems to me like perhaps zing has to call and confirm orders….even though the confirmation email I got had an order ready time and noted that the restaurant accepted the order. It was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker for me. It seems easy enough to not use zing if it’s a known issue that the tablet falls asleep and there’s all this run around for both the customer and Flips though.

The server was super nice and attentive while we waited and vibes of the place were fine. The option to sit outside on the nice patio was great!

I got the impossible brand patty advertised on the website, but the patty I got was actually a beyond meat patty. The two are distinctly different in taste, texture, and price point. It’s frustrating and disingenuous to advertise a branded patty, but serve something else. A menu update is in order if you all aren’t actually selling impossible brand patties.

The bistro fries and parm fries were covered in about 3 table spoons of raw garlic each, and don’t get me wrong, I love garlic, but the amount and rawness made them inedible for us. The person I ate with got a bacon ranch burger and it didn’t have much flavor. Lots of folks seem to enjoy this place and I was excited to eat here. I’m bummed because I really envisioned going here weekly to feast on delicious fries and an impossible burger. Based off of all of this though, we won’t be back,...

I was so mad last night that I waited till this morning to review. We were told it was open seating "downstairs" and we could seat ourselves. Hostess didn't follow with menus. There were 2 open tables. One was uneven and the other was dirty and had a beer on it. So I went over and moved the beer to the bar. 3 bartenders saw me do it. The girl bartender threw her hands in the hair and said "I'm not doing it" and I assume she was talking about moving the beer off the bar. (And it sat there the whole hour we were there. She even wiped AROUND it). No one came to wipe the table down. Took over 10 min to get a waitress. 10 more for drinks. Our appetizer came before our drinks and a manager brought the appetizer. Didnt say anything about us not having drinks. Waited 4 more min for drinks. Waitress seemed too busy. 10 min later she walks by and I asked if we could order. Didn't get napkins or silverware till 30 min in. I was gracious last night and kept my mouth shut. I found out this is a franchise so maybe the owner just doesn't care. It was evident last night. Staff eating all over the restaurant. Even the lazy bartender was eating BEHIND THE BAR. If I could have given a 0 for service I would have. Hire more people that aren't lazy. These people saw us sit down and couldn't even wipe the table off???? If you don't want people sitting themselves then don't let them!!! Unprofessional to eat anywhere on the floor! Corporate or FRANCHISE! I highly doubt I'll go back unless it's the only...

Just ordered brunch to be delivered for the first time from this place. We ordered 3 completely meals and an app. 2 of the meals were chicken fried steak and eggs. The food gets here and there is NO gravy for the chicken fried steak and eggs meals! I call the place to let them know and the lady on the phone "Cat" proceeds to tell me that it's not their fault that there is no gravy with the chicken fried steak. Since it's technically not listed on the receipt as "chicken fried steak and gravy" that we got exactly what we paid for!?!? She tried to say u had an option to select gravy and I made it clear that, no, it did not give you the option on brunch. It did on the dinner order, but not on brunch. I know how to order food!! I told her it was our first time to order from them, and we live about 15 min away so we didn't want to drive back for gravy. She didn't do anything to compensate us in a way, all she did was act extremely unprofessional and make it seem like it was our fault that THEY screwed up. I couldn't believe it. Will never recommend or order this place again. And shame on the managers for not training the staff to conduct themselves in a more professional and courteous manner. I wasn't expecting free food or a full refund, but come on now.. who would order chicken fried steak with...
