This park was amazing! We had lunch here even though it was freezing outside and snow was new on the ground. I was shocked to find that the whole area around the restrooms was obviously shoveled right after the last storm (only a day ago!). The picnic tables were all free of snow as well. I was even more surprised to see that the restrooms were open in the middle of winter! Not only were they open but they were VERY clean and well stocked!!! It was such a beautiful day that day to go for a walk. The paths were nicely meandering through the park and we're free of snow as well! We don't have any children but could easily see that the playground was equally well maintained. We spoke to another person who was obviously a local to that area. They said this park has the only sandbox the children can play in around the area. We noticed all the toys and the person told us that people just keep bringing more and more, leaving them for the children. There really were a lot of them! Kuddos!, to whoever keeps this park so clean and well maintained. We will definitely be going back again soon! P.S. bring something to feed the geese with as there was a large amount of them hanging out there when...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting this park. My son plays in an little league flag football team. We are super excited to get there so The drive to the park is decent enough for an 13min trip. There are a lot of available parking spots off the roadside along the park and residential area. The grounds itself are smooth and taken well care of. This park has a nice size field that accommodates 4 different little League zones and a playground or two that I Could see from where we are stationed. I am not a 100% aware of the full parks attractions however It is open to the public. It is such a joy to experience these kiddos being able to engage in any sports activities and be kids; especially during this time. I am looking forward to attending this park as much as we can for...
