Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fountain

I did an online order from little ceasers website and when the food was delivered, I was missing a whole entire pizza and the other pizza was soaked with oil and the pizza completely fell a part and was inedible. I understand that pizza is oily and unhealthy but this was an excessive amount of oil piled on top of this pizza. When I called the store the manager informed me that I needed to contact doordash because doordash was responsible for delivery.

I understand contracting a third party for delivery, however, it was the fountain little chaser staff that made the overly greasy inedible pizza. When I asked if I could come in to just get these 2 pizzas made the manager told me “no , don’t come in, deal with doordash” and hung up . The manager was so unprofessional and rude. If someone is looking for a pizza place there’s papa Murphy’s in the same shopping plaza. Also here are the other pizza places within 5 miles

Ordered 8 pizzas costing around 75 or a little more. Brought in a $100. to pay cause knowing it was gonna cost that much. The girl at the register said they couldn't take $100. I said you can't give me 25 in change. She said no that wasn't it. It was that they couldn't take any bill over $50. I mean get small businesses that can't do that. But they almost lost a good order. Cause i went next door to Papa Murphy's to order but they seemed like they didn't want my business either. So I went back to pay with a card. I think it's ridiculous that they couldn't take the $100. Don't get me wrong it didn't take long for me to get the pizza. Which is actually pretty nice about little caesars. She wasn't rude about it or anything. Pretty soon we're not going to be able to use cash to pay for anything it's just going to be a card. Or maybe next time if I decide to go back to pay with 2-$50 bills. Don't go here unless you want to pay for food you don't get. We were missing a pizza, and they tried to blame it on doordash- it was not a door dash issue they simply didn't put the entire order together for pick up. As far as trying to correct the issue goes- they told me they could remake the pizza, but I'd have to go get it, or I could call a 1800 number for a refund. I didnt have the ability to go to the store at the time (hence opting for delivery in the first place) I called the number and reached out via the website- it's been over a week, and basically, we aren't get our refund. Also, the bread sticks were hard as rocks, really weird looking and not edible. I took them out of the box just to take pics and then they went straight into the trash.
