10/10 would never recommend this business. I came in and bought 3 Mods that I WENT OFF the KNOWLEDGE of their employee who said this was so called “ Similar” to the mod I SHOWED THEM I WANTED. I specifically said I wanted it to be a SMALL MOD. You can watch your cameras and SEE the exact size of the mod I was showing your employee and to keep saying “Similar” like somehow it backs up the lack of knowledge your employee has well… it doesn’t. I spent $300 in that store! When I got home I opened 1 box to find it was a bigger mod. They have no displays of anything so all you have to go off of is their knowledge and the box (which doesn’t always do it justice) I understand that there was a heated moment but I WAS THE ONE WHO BOUGHT THEM. So in that case you’re helping me with the problem. It was unprofessional customer service from the manager exchanging cuss words to the employees who thought laughing would help the situation REGARDLESS of what was said about the establishment/Owner. I was okay with cutting my losses on the 1 box I opened but to be only offered an exchange or store credit???? That is ridiculous and terrible choices to chose from when a chunk of money is being spent on something that is once again so called “Similar” product. We have been loyal customers since you guys opened and brought business in. I can understand no refunds on something I used but 2 completely brand new unopened boxes that were bought an 1hr before just shows that this establishment is money hungry and really could care less about their customers or veterans but don’t worry they will give you a store exchange for a crack pipe/juice, coils or eye drops and call it good to equal the $$$ spent. I won’t be coming back to the place and will recommend Dragons Lairs vapors or Vapor Source! They actually care about Veterans and their customers and actually have KNOWLEDGE on products than this place did. If I could give 0 stars I would!
-UPDATE- 8/25 So, now you’re telling me we could discuss a refund but YESTERDAY your manager said she called you while I was ALREADY IN THE STORE stating that there was nothing you could do for me and ALL I could do was EXCHANGE but now you’re saying there is something you could do after a review like this?! Soooo???? This is bad business practices
-2nd UPDATE- 8/25 The point is we went through this whole situation and left me with only a choice to do store credit or exchange (which I did) I ended up giving away the juices and the 1 open brand new mod box to family visiting cause they weren’t something I liked and it was not the right product but had to make RANDOM EXCHANGES to equal the amount I spent in the store and it was my second time in the store that day and had to cut my loses a 2nd time! I had no other options cause you GAVE me no other option at the time! Now through this exchange you’re trying to make it right when it’s already to late and you were adamant on the no refund when it could have been corrected at the start This is a mess and now you’re backtracking. Not only did I lose out on MONEY but now I lose out on the EXCHANGE! This is why I say this is bad business practice. This is just wild and a huge let down. You guys really dropped the ball.

I bought two dab rigs from here, neither one of them hit good and there's very poor quality control cause there's defects on both rigs, and on one the nail doesn't even fit in the joint! It only sticks in halfway and wobbles every which way when you try to hit it. It literally made that purchase worthless. I called about it and the lady basically told me I was SOL. Cool. $40 wasted.
Selection sucks. Fire whoever does your purchasing cause they didn't have ANY of the actual hot styles of functional rigs. Just generic trash with generic percolators. None of it gonna really milk up for all you heads out there. And you're gonna pay out the ying yang for it. And selection is weak in general - given the size of the store they have a laughable amount of glass pipe inventory and glass pipe accessories.
I know its gonna take you another 15-20 mins to get there, but folks, go to the Bomb Headshop on Platte. They have a HUGE selection of glass - just google it and look at some of the photos of the store, you'll see they have countless hundreds of UNIQUE and QUALITY pieces. Best part? Prices are generally around 60% of Sam's across the board, so you're gonna save almost 50% whilst having an amazing selection of functional glass to choose from.
It sucks cause it's kind of a drive, but the difference in headshop quality between these two places is staggering guys! You can tell the owner/operators of the Bomb Headshop ACTUALLY care about the culture, the glass, the community, and hooking up the people with the best prices I've ever seen at any brick and mortar headshop. Take the drive and thank me later. This Sam's place is the same generic overpriced type of place that likes to take advantage of the community by being one of the only local headshops and thus overcharging like crazy because people have no other choice but to pay it.

Read moreUPDATE: The manager reached out to me via this review, I went in and spoke to them. They did apologize to me and said they never guarantee anything to customers and they teach their employees that so they aren't sure what happened there. The manager Makayla was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as the owner would let her be. The end result was that they still couldn't take the device back but they did comp me two boxes of coils. One for my current device and one for the device that I bought that they couldn't return. I am going to try and make it work. I changed this review to 5 stars not because I was completely happy with the resolution but because that they cared enough to reach out and all of the employees were always nice.
Original review: They have great stock, however I came in to buy an identical device to the one that a currently have, the associate that was working handed me a device and confirmed it was the correct one. Once I got home I opened the box and saw that it wasn't the same one and this device doesn't have coils for the wattage that I vape at. I went to go bring it back and was even willing to accept store credit, even though it was their employee that told me it was the same one, and they refused to do anything about it. It would have been different if I chose it, but I relied on their knowledge of vape products and am now stuck with a geekvape device that I can't use.
The employee was nice enough and I understand that she is only speaking for the manager but this left a bad taste in my mouth completely.
