OfficeMax — Attraction in Four Corners States

Our company has been a loyal customer of OfficeMax for years, spending tens of thousands of dollars annually on conference and event printing. Until recently, our experiences—especially working with Shelly—had always been excellent. However, our recent interaction with Sierra was so egregiously unprofessional that we will no longer be doing business with your store.

Sierra’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and outright hostile. Her nasty attitude and complete disregard for customer service were unacceptable. Frankly, I was so taken aback by her behavior that it elicited an uncharacteristic angry response from me, something I regret.

What I do not regret, however, is deciding to take our business elsewhere.

Out of principle, we cannot continue to support a company that tolerates such appalling customer treatment.

It's a small town with lot's of local printers, I would recommend Allegra or A&E to anyone looking for an outstanding printer.

I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Sierra during a recent visit to OfficeMax. Over the phone, her tone came across as condescending, downright rude, and very unhelpful, which left a negative impression. Upon arriving at the store, I observed that she remained seated and did not acknowledge customers waiting at the counter. Instead, she required them to approach her where she was sitting, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, her lack of willingness to assist further reinforced an unwelcoming atmosphere.

We needed large mounted prints quickly for a family funeral. OfficeMax was not only the fastest quote I got (next day, vs. 3-5 days everywhere else), they were also by far the most compassionate. Steph and Anthony were both so incredibly kind and helpful, in person and on the phone - such a huge difference from other places I called. The prints turned out beautiful thanks to Steph's hard work (she adjusted color on a print for us) and she even had them done ahead of schedule. Steph and Anthony went above and beyond customer service we've had anywhere in Prescott Valley (we have a small business, so we've done a fair amount of printing in PV). I will definitely tell everyone I know how awesome your print department is - the outstanding service is worth the drive. ...
