WZ Asian Buffet — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I came to get some dinner with my girlfriend and it was her first time going into the restaurant (I had gone in before). I had a first great experience the first time i went in the food was fine and the service was good. We got refills. And our plates taken away each time we were done with them and i loved that because our table wasn't full of plates and was spacious. Then my time here with my girlfriend was an alright experience. Tony the waiter was the person who served us on this occasion was an alright waiter. We didn't get any refills not even an offer to get refills. The food was great up until we got to wanting to get some fruit for dessert. I got a plate of jello, oranges, pudding. I liked all of it until i got to the jello and the jello had a rubbery texture and was really chewy. It really grossed me out and my girlfriend got a plate of pineapple, cantaloupe and honeydew she said she loved it until she got to the pineapple. The pineapple was sour and bitter. I had to taste to make sure and she was right. It was gross. Then we got to the end and i saw the price for 2 people i thought it was crazy expensive for 2 people. The price was $43 for 2 PEOPLE. I was thinking it was gonna be cheaper. I gave Tony the short haired, slim with glasses, and kinda tall guy my money and i was waiting for my change and i turned around to see that he wasn't even bothered to bring it back to me. He was planning on keeping it and didn't even tell me. I recently dined at this restaurant with a friend, hoping for a great meal. The menu looked promising, with a variety of options, but unfortunately, the food itself was mediocre at best—nothing particularly impressive. However, what truly ruined the experience was the service.

One of the waiters, a man with short hair and glasses, was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite sitting through our entire meal without being properly served or having our drinks refilled, I still remained polite. Given the lack of service, I chose not to leave a tip. However, as soon as I entered “$0” on the receipt, the waiter gave me a condescending look and sarcastically asked, “Is everything okay?” When I replied that it was fine, he continued to stare at me with an expression of disgust. The same thing happened to my friend, making it clear that this behavior was intentional.

Ultimately, while the food was passable, the service was unacceptable. If you choose not to tip—regardless of the reason—be prepared for hostility. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and completely unwarranted, and I would not recommend dining here unless management addresses their...

We got there about 2:05 we are slow eater ask for my bill early about 2:30 because I have seen them cheat people out of lunch prices so i didn't want to be cheared and charged more. Still eating we have heard if you stay after 3:00 and they will bring your bill then and charge you dinner prices even though you are not eating dinner food. They love to cheat there patrons. So if you go for lunch any time after 2:00 witch is still lunch time prices. Your going to be charges dinner prices if you stay a few minutes past 3:00.
