I almost didn't have my daughters birthday party because Elvira? answered the phone and was so unhelpful and gave me attitude. I almost said F this place.... Im so glad I didnt let her determine the course of my decisions. When I got there it was a perfect space with a sweet employee. An older gentleman I feel so bad I forgot his name... He made sure we had everything we needed the whole event. We had a small social distanced gathering. THe children had a great time and it was clean. I felt like I could relax for my baby's 1st party. As a single mom that is something so valuable I dont really know how to communicate. I have a terror toddler. she is real cute though and he even helped me when she moved too fast for anyone else to notice. It was a god send really. The food was great. Every one loved it the adults and the kids left with full bellies.

Lets work on maybe designating someone who is responsible for taking birthday reservations. Maybe the manager.... because the ill informed and girl with a bad attitude almost ruined it for both of us. Or maybe incorporate proper training in this area. Id hate to see you lose business with such a great thing...

I booked my son’s birthday here, when I arrived I tried ordering online because they have better deals, the online ordering was off so I spoke to the manager I think her name is Alma, she said she was gonna call someone else so I waited for a little bit and my guests were already there as well so I asked again if it was back up and she said no so I just proceeded to order off the menu they had a 4 pizza deal with small drinks so I asked her if she could upgrade my drinks to medium sized ones and she said very rudely no it’s not my problem the online ordering isn’t working so I said that her being the manager should accommodate guests when something wrong happens, I wasn’t asking for free food, she has the worst attitude for the position she has, my bill was over $500 and she had a problem upgrading drinks...

Normally the experience here is predictable. Okay pizza and food. Today… no wings… I can even forgive that… we come here for my kids. They love it…

Here’s the tub though. About 20-30% of the games were out of order or read “error” on them. Okay… that sucks… move onto another. But then you have these families that are letting their children literally jump on the games.

Climb up the skee ball ramp. Climbing over the basketball barrier to do a slam dunk.

No wonder why these games are broken…

Then the employees walking around do nothing about it. They just don’t care.

If you are a manager of this place, please put a little care into your job. My kids love this place, but it will take a lot of convincing for MMS...
