Stopped in for a pitstop on a ride. Beautiful, lots of parking restroom ( chemical toilet structure) park benches and some shade trees, and ofcourse access to the beloved Bosque my favorite place in Albuquerque. 33 miles of paved trail if you go Alameda to the south end to end and back

Great place for a walk or a bike ride. We saw many types of birds and waterfowl on our walk. The trail was flat and well paved. Make sure you bring water and appropriate sunscreen.

Pretty area, perfect for a casual stroll, or a work from home environment in nature. Close to roads in some areas, but beautifully quiet in others.

Probably one of my favorite trailheads in Albuquerque. I wish there were more trailheads around the city with bathrooms and benches like this one. I already know the unfortunate reasons why we don't have more trailheads like this one.

The bathrooms I feel can use some small upgrades. Maybe a dispenser that contains sanitary wipes for the toilet seat would be nice. In the meantime, I'll stick to carrying 5 wet wipes in a ziplock mainly because it's not fun going no. 2 on a dirty toilet seat.

Also, a purple pantry, a little library and a stationary floor pump would compliment this...

There are 2 trails that go opposite directions. South bound loops around the irrigation canal. The north bound is out and back. It has a wide open path like the south bound but there also is a nice trail among the trees.

We walk one or the...
