Absolutely pitiful and every single way shape or form the service was absolutely derogatory and from the very beginning I knew that I was going to get screwed over in some way shape or form the box that I usually get was three times bigger than the box that I received today a new box that I have been to this location several times and I've been to every location across America to the east of this location in the last 11 months every single one of them and I knew that this new little box was not part of any demographic that I had ever seen but that didn't bother me very much until I seen the guy only put a little tiny tiny quarter scoop of what he was trying to grab of chicken into the box I literally a quarter scoop when usually they put two full scoops that's 1/8 of the chicken that I usually receive not to mention the vegetables that come with the chicken I'm extremely dissatisfied and refused to pay for it and I will not pay $11.50 for a little teeny teeny teeny tiny tiny tiny box of chicken whatever y'all did is going to destroy you 100 percent or you need to fire this...
Read moreI am upset and frustrated and HANGRY. :( I ordered the bowl with king pao chicken and super greens yesterday and I LITERALLY got 10 TINY pieces of chicken. And if you’ve eaten here you’ll know what I mean by the tiny pieces of chicken. I was disappointed but thought nothing of it as this is the first time that’s happened. Well I came back today because I wasn’t satisfied thinking it’s a new day. I got the same exact order and the same exact dismal looking plate. The first pic is my meal from yesterday the second is today’s meal. I was told it’s a 6oz a portion for meat BUT they are not including the veggies in there, because they are mixed with the chicken. I work in a restaurant I know what a 6oz portion looks like. Read more“Lupe” the shift manager during my trip is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! It began at the drive thru window when she wasn’t listening to my order, I got to the window and she wasn’t listening talking on her cell phone (clearly a personal call), seemed to be put out to even assist me, she asked if something was my order, which it was wrong, so I clarified, again, what my order was (after repeating my order at the drive thru speaker at least 3 times), got my order wrong and over charged me (mind you, I was the ONLY person in the drive thru). But when I went inside to let them know my order was wrong & I was overcharged, the manager was really put out then, and was SUPER RUDE!! Like I said THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
