Disappointed with our meal last night. The wife was wanting fish n chips and found satellite had a dish with regular tartar sauce which is what she wanted. I opted for the green chile cheeseburger as that's one of my faves and chose onion rings. Unfortunately we both did not like our dishes. The chile on my burger tho was a good amount of chopped chile did not do it for me not spicy. The burger itself was a thinner patty was crispy on the outside almost well done but pink on the inside, was not very good in my opinion. The onion rings didn't seem fried/cooked long enough. And one piece of lettuce with a good amount of the stalk sticking out? Why not cut it off? The wife didn't care for the fish n chips. The fries that came with it seemed like they had been laying around, not up to temp and stale taste I had one and can confirm. The tartar was pretty bland. The best thing of both dishes may have been the Cole slaw. There was good portion of fish I believe it was cod, was decent but nothing to rave about. This was the first time we had dinner here and don't believe we will back. The breakfasts seems alot better.

Each visit, I’m greeted by the familiar, comforting aroma of expertly brewed coffee, but it’s their London Fog that steals the show. As part of my never ending quest to find the best London Fog in Albuquerque, this one consistently brings me back after each disappointment. The Artichoke and Havarti melt at Satellite Coffee is also simply to ‘melt’ for - a cheesy delight that never disappoints. While it comes with chips, which aren’t my first choice for a side, the sandwich itself is so delicious, I’m happy to overlook that. It’s become my other must-have on my frequent visits there.

I've been coming to this location ever since they opened and when I lived here. I always get the Black Velvet and it has been consistently good every time. I love this place and the coffee here. They have safety dividers now, free parking and wifi. You can sit in or out, you can buy beans to brew at home if you wish. You can buy food but I go for the coffee and recommend you do the same and try whatever you see that you like. I don't believe you can go wrong.

I have nothing bad to say about the customer service or how the business is ran but..

Today I took my dog to the pet patio and I received so much judgement/dirty looks. My dog is well behaved and the only thing he did was ask for attention when people would past by us (didn't bark once). Mind you we were tucked in the corner and a handful of people continued to walk by that side entrance at least 5 times each.. I felt like they were trying to agitate my dog or get a rise out of him..

My only request is to maybe make it more apparent that dogs are welcome on the patio. I know there is a sign with dog bowls and treats but that didn't seem to be enough. I feel uncomfortable taking my dog back after my experience today.

1 STAR for this to get noticed then I will change it back to 5

5/5 I really do love this coffee shop.. thank you for the...

I had to throw away my free $12 coffee today. Satellite needs to teach their employees how to use Thanx, as well as better customer service. I tried to redeem two Thanx rewards today, and the employee behind the counter told me I did it wrong, that I shouldn't do it that way, and that I only redeemed one reward. I walked out, then went back to get the employee's name. The manager intervened and said they would get my coffee, no charge. After I left, I realized the employee who told me I was wrong had made the coffee. So I threw it out. It was a horrible experience. I looked it up, and I have a Thanx history that says I redeemed two Thanx rewards today. I did not do it wrong. I'll be taking my business to Whispering Bean and Little Bear...
