I rode with them more than 20 times, but the dispatcher name Lucas is so rude people don't have time for this and can spend their hard earned money else where.I called around 8:00PM on 4/16/2018, I asked a simple question. I booked online and how long will my tax be here. He said rudely well did you book on the app. I repeated, I booked on the website, he said yes that's the only way to book on the app. 1 I didn't download the app so it was not the app 2. I just want to get my question answered how long for my taxi that I book online. He said well I don't know because you didn't book through me, you decide to book through the website not me. Ride taxi. I Don't have time for this I got off work, shopped and tired. I didn't call in to be talked to rudely at all. As a business woman companies should always be careful who they hire and how they treat people because bad news get around quicker than good news.
This is an update from my last review. The owner reached out to me very sincerely right after I wrote a review and deeply apologized. That meant a lot to me. Also gave me credit to give them another try. Since then I have not had any problems at all. I can tell this company is very passionate about taking care of their company and customers.    Read moreOur taxi ride in the mini van from Vail, CO to the airport was disappointing and scary for me. He was on time, but we were left to load our own luggage and the taxi was gross. The driver tailgated and drove at speeds that made me uncomfortable. The speed limit was 75 mph, but to be going 80 mph around turns was too much for me in the back of that van. My husband let him know we weren't in a hurry and to take his time. The driver continued to drive in a hurried style and stated that he wanted to keep up with a truck in front of us. After a short time my husband asked him to drive slower. He complied with our wishes, but we both felt disappointed in the driver's response at the end. He stated he knew the roads better than anyone and has gotten plenty of people to the airport, so what was our problem? I was glad to be out of that van. Driving professionally should include some consideration for the passengers as after all, they are paying to get from point A to B safely. Does this company vets their drivers?    Read moreI'd like to give a huge shout out to the folks from Ride Taxi. Our company had an annual conference in Beaver Creek last month. We used the Westin Riverfront for overflow, not realizing that they don't provide a shuttle to the Ritz-Carlton where our event was taking place. At the last minute, we were left to scramble to find alternative transportation. All the options seemed to be either inconvenient or expensive, so after reading reviews about Ride Taxi, I decided to give them a call and I'm so glad I did. They were amazing. The owners, Nash and Lynnea, were so helpful and set up a system so that we could get our guests up and down the mountain for the three days we were there. It worked out perfectly and the cost was more than reasonable. Everyone was happy and ended up liking their stay at the Westin. I highly recommend Ride Taxi's services and am sure that I will be using them...
