The first day of our ski rentals, the employee only had me try on one pair of ski boots. When I told him that they were too narrow, he said it was the widest boot they had and going up a size will not help. I dealt with the pain since I wanted to ski but had to stop early to give my aching feet a break. The next day when I went back to switch out my boots, a different employee gave me a different boot. When I again asked for a bigger size he refused and assured me they were wider would feel better as the day went by. When I went up the mountain to ski, the boots were still extremely narrow and the pain in my feet became so severe that I had to go back down the mountain and stop skiing after 45 mintues. I ended up taking a full day off of my vacation from skiing all because of the wrong-size boots. The following day, I returned to the store and a third employee helped me out. She was very kind and happy to oblige with my request for a bigger ski boot. She found a pair instantly and they fit me well. I was able to ski the next day with no problems. I will not use Beaver Creek sport rentals again. I am giving two stars only because of the final employee...
Read moreThe staff here was so frustrating. They either don’t care at all about our safety and experience, or don’t know what they are doing.

They tried to give my bf a women’s board 3 times in a row, we had to tell them that those were all women’s boards lol. And then they gave my bf broken bindings! So lucky we caught it before he got hurt, but we had to ride the lift down to get it replaced.
Each time we went in, it was hard to get the attention of an employee, they all always seemed to be trying to take a break. And it was a little frustrating that the majority barely spoke English. The only saving grace we encountered was the manager, Matt. He listened to our awful experience, and took us to the Burton store where we got upgraded to awesome boards....

Asked if they could give them a wax and was flatly told no we can’t do that and that I should try another ski shop. Definitely wouldn’t recommend renting from here unless you want terrible quality skis and equally terrible...
