The Fireside Grill is a gem in Beaver Creek! It’s a bar setup within the Osprey Hotel. There is a seating area and the bar staff acts as wait staff. They are all so pleasant and friendly. I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert!
