I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chop House Beaver Creek, and I can confidently say it deserves every bit of a 5-star rating! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a stunning view of the mountain that perfectly complements the upscale yet cozy vibe. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly relaxed and ready to enjoy a memorable meal. The menu is a delight, and we couldn’t resist trying a variety of dishes. The homemade chicken fingers were an absolute standout—crisp, juicy, and packed with flavor, especially when paired with the truffle fries, which were perfectly seasoned and indulgent. The lollipop wings were another highlight, tender and glazed with a sauce that had just the right kick. The shrimp and ahi poke brought a fresh, vibrant taste to the table, beautifully prepared and bursting with quality. We also loved the Caesar salad—crisp, tangy, and made with care—while the sweet potato fries added a delightful sweetness to balance the savory dishes. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel truly welcomed. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s skill and passion. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Chop House Beaver Creek is a must-try gem that combines incredible food with an unforgettable view. I can’t wait to return!

Dining at Beavercreek Chophouse started by getting one of the best tables at the window towards the mountain. We basically had dinner and a show. The meal was excellent, we had the lobster Mac and cheese as an appetizer, which was filled with big chunks of lobster. My husband had the 8 oz filet, roasted brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. I had their Signature salad. The salad was wonderful, sweet from strawberries, crunchy from pecans and creamy from the goat cheese, plus more. The service was excellent. Just one tip, the sides are served family style, so everyone can share. We watched the groomers going up and down the mountain with their precision lines. Those machines are amazing! We also enjoyed watching the sleds being filled with people pulled up to Beanos and Allies Cabin. We really had a wonderful time.

Took my family for lunch here. We were served by Milan. As I’ve stated before in all my restaurant reviews, service accounts for 50% of my star rating. And Milan was one of the best. He is attentive and so friendly. It’s great that you have a kids menu since it allows the adults to have a menu with better foods than the typical ski lodge menu while the kids can have their typical favs like Mac n cheese, chicken fingers, burgers…etc. The outdoor seating ambience at the Beaver Creek Chop House is fantastic. You can bask in the sun and watch skiers coming down some steep blacks right before you.

Apparently they had a buy out of the chop house this day and the only option was their c-bar. The only table they had to offer us was a small patio two top next to the hostess and door. The dark haired hostess was chomping on her gum and popping bubbles like a horse. Very unprofessional.

It took the server 10 plus minutes to greet us, and when she did she stated she wasn’t the server and would just take our drink order. It was a simple drink order of two of the same drinks but seemed to get the drinks wrong. After starting my timer and waiting an additional 10 minutes we waved down a wait assistant and asked them to find our server since we waited 20 minutes and told him we didn’t like our drink and it was wrong. He found the same original server and she took our order. The food wasn’t bad, for the price I expected more. Our salmon was overcooked when we asked for a med rare plus, the fava beans were hard. Mac n cheese was decent. The dessert wasn’t a lava cake more of a dense chocolate cake and rather dry.

There was some magician entertaining the children and boy was he loud and obnoxious.

I probably wouldn’t come back if I was in town again. The server was nice enough and apologetic, it wasn’t her fault the management wasn’t attentive to their staff and other customers. As a restaurant manager I understand how buy outs work, however you should still be cognizant of your other paying patrons and staff appropriately. Maybe even do a table touch and make sure the restaurant and customers are...

My overall review of the Chophouse is it was disappointing for a mountain town steakhouse with an extremely high price tag... First thing you have to know is this is by far the most expensive thing we've done all week on our vacation. All activities and meals combined didn't compare to this dinner. When going to a place like this, it's a given that the food and drinks are going to be more expensive than other places. With an expensive restaurant, I expect the food and service to be above average. We wanted to go out somewhere special on our last night to celebrate. We made reservations for 8. Right before we got there, a party of 15 people were seated. It seemed as if all hands were on deck for the large party. We ordered drinks, appetizers, entrees, and sides all at once to get the orders in. As for the food, the French Onion soup tasted more like a stew with bread in it. Very weird flavoring. When the entrees came out, they forgot all about the sides. I got to eat a $50 8 oz steak by itself. About 8-10 minutes after we got the entrees, the sides came out. The brussel sprouts were dry and crunchy, and sauteed mushrooms by themselves just isn't very appealing. The best part of the meal was the manager heard about the delay and comped the sides. We spent $400 on dinner, and that's not including the comped side dishes. The service was okay, the food was disappointing. I just feel like there is just as good of food in Beaver Creek at other restaurants in the area with out the...
