Had the extreme pleasure of interacting with two members of the Burton team at their Beaver Creek location. First and foremost, Jake Verner was awesome! His level of customer service was second to none. After my son lost a strap from his snowboard rental, we went to see if it could be replaced. After taking the time to talk to my son about his experience on the mountain and wanting to know how he could improve it, Jake painstakingly searched and upgraded his board to a more versatile model and really made my son’s time on the mountain a truly epic experience! My son, also a Jake, couldn’t get over how much more of a difference the new board made. He was super stoked, and couldn’t have been happier! It really made his time on the mountain a “10!” Upon returning the board at the end of our rental, we met Jamie Leoni, who was also part of the Burton team. He was so enthusiastic about how his associate, Jake, made our customer experience so positive! He answered all our questions and took the time to explain all aspects of our inquiries in regards to a future purchase. Both of these Burton reps went out of their way to take care of us. We were thoroughly impressed! On a side note, my wife went in to Burton the day before to make a small purchase and left the store commenting on how two other associates (sorry, didn’t catch their names) were “super helpful and downright funny.” It’s obvious that the guys and (gals) at Burton Beaver Creek are motivated, professional, and most importantly truly concerned and personable! Read moreJamie and Tavis are awesome people. In December 2020 I visited the shop, and as a beginner snowboarder, They got me hooked up with a new board, boots, and bindings. I asked if I bought it here if they could ship it back to where I live, and Jamie made an accommodation to help me out because I bought a setup, and covered shipping! Came back in the next day to get bindings readjusted and it was Jamie’s birthday ironically. They were so happy to see me and were curious how the board and setup did. I offered to buy him a beer for all his help as a parting gift for his birthday hahah. I say that because it’s just a bunch of dudes who genuinely love what they do and happy to help others either experience or fall in love with skiing and snowboarding. People you could see yourself having a beer and getting along with. Read moreI’ve always wanted to be fitted for a snowboard by the pro's rather than ordering online, and this experience did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I had a ton of questions and the manager, Siggy, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process of demo'ing step-on's and boards.
Siggy took the time to understand my riding style and experience, and he recommended several boards for me to demo. His knowledge and enthusiasm for snowboarding were evident, and it made the whole experience enjoyable. He truly showed what Burton leadership should be about, demonstrating a deep commitment to the snowboarding community.
After the demo, I was finally able to purchase my own board and it felt like a milestone in my snowboarding journey.
