Kristie is the hardest working small business owner I have ever met. She hand picks unique, quality items, posts numerous pictures of the items, mostly modeling them herself!!! If she doesn’t model them, she has several real woman models show you what the clothing will look like on your body, and even had her own Sassy Stitches app developed. She will personally answer your questions and emails. She greets you at the store more days/times than not. I have been to the store just a handful of times - she greets me by name!!! I ordered a pair of size 7 sandals & they didn't fit. All I wanted was an exchange for a size 7 1/2. I emailed & called sassy stitches numerous times and they have not responded. I am highly disappointed. I payed fifty five dollars to be stuck with sandals that don't fit me. No where on the site does it explain how to do an exchange all it does is give an email where they don't respond and I had to Google their actual store for a phone number they won't answer.
