This is the worst place i have ever been at it is my birthday and I came to have a nice dinner they charge if u leave anything on your plate my mom didn't take one bite and they made her pay for takeout for a few tiny pieces she was going to eat but didn't have a chance to because of my kids acting up they where completely disrespectful and charged her extra I had little black hairs in almost every bite of food I took and all the meat was all fat the waitress told her it was a "misunderstanding" that she charged her for the take out + her whole dinner when she didint eat anything there she made one plate and it didint even fill half a takeout box and they did not fix it we will not be back and I hope this changes everyone's mind and you don't support there business I do not understand why they are so disrespectful over 70$ for 3 plates of food total and as I was leaving my mother informed me that they will be "commenting back to my review" the only comment should be that my mother is getting her money back for MY BIRTHDAY DINNER I just got off work and my child wanted to try a new place to eat absolutely ridiculous and they try to take your plate as soon as you get it so that they can charge for "food waist" also to add no family wants to be watched by the person at the front the whole time they are eating it's uncomfortable and I truly wish they could have been less selfish and more...
Read moreTo our surprise my husband and I give Evergreen Buffet 5 stars, we arrived when they opened, they had BBQ Ribs tips, crab ragoon, all different types of chicken, crispy egg rolls, soft serve ice cream, sushi, almond cookies, pepper steak, peel & eat shrimp and SO much more, this place looks small but there is a lot to choose from. The only disturbing part of our visit is that some of the employees are still wearing The Mask, I always wonder if the owner is the one that's forcing the employees to wear their Chains or if it's willingly? There was a little girl there that had The Mask on too. I felt sad for all of them that had them on. We enjoy seeing smiles, we don't go out often so it's important to see faces, I've always been against The Mask, I never wore it willingly because I know that viruses will virus and that viruses enter into the body MANY different ways and that wearing tight fitting goggles and a N95 mask or respirator is only going to help keep viruses at bay as long as they aren't touched so I hope next time we visit we'll be able to see the employees beautiful faces which makes people healthy naturally to give smiles too. We did have a server that wasn't wearing The Mask so that was nice. Thank you for the GREAT food and service....
Read moreI've been going here for 3 years consistently, and the food and service is always great. I've noticed a lot of negative reviews of late, and I've been present for at least one of these incidents mentioned in the reviews recently. When you go to a restaurant you are supposed to be respectful, keep your children in line, eat your food and tip your servers WELL. 4.3 million workers in America live on tips and tipping is an American custom. If you think that you shouldn't tip because you're in a Chinese restaurant, or that you should be wasteful or rude, you are the problem. Chinese people are no different than you or I, and the staff aren't there to have a confrontation bc you don't like the prices or policies!!! If you don't like it, don't eat there. Don't make a spectacle, don't leave a mess, keep control of your children, and tip your servers. It's not hard. Food costs are exorbitant right now, and the fact that this business managed to stay open throughout the pandemic with their dedicated (and mostly the same) staff is a miracle. Prices are cheap, always always always consistent, from the food to the service. They have always been very kind and respectful to me, as I'm there every week like clockwork, and the food is sooooo...
