Silver Leaf Dispensary and Select 2 gram briq system

I visited this dispensary and was very pleased with the customer service and products inside. I received a select 2g briq and unfortunately it leaked through the top. When I brought it back the next day the manager was very accommodating and helped me out by giving me a replacement; since the flavor I had ( london pound cake ) was out, he gave me a select 2g briq in the Cherry Madura flavor which he had recommended on my previous trip. Not only was I really happy with the customer service at Silver leaf, the Cherry Madura briq didn't leak at all like the previous briq! I really like Select as a company, and so i was happy when my replacement briq hit well, didn't clog, and had great flavor. With a terpene content around 1.8% I was definitely happy with the flavor and effect.
My only concern with the briq is that i have tried 3 now, and as a budtender myself, I have actually even had training with their reps and sold a lot of their products. I am a reviewer of anything wellness, and my cannabis sector is just now starting to really ramp up, this will be my 3rd review like i said of the 2 gram briq and out of those three, 2 of them have had leaking problems that need to be addressed.
In my inspection of the briq vs other 2 gram systems that i have encountered i really did enjoy the smooth hit and the enjoyable taste (even with the broken london pound cake, what i could taste of it was amazing and it was boasting about 6% terpenes which was very impressive). With that being said i cant ignore the problems i encountered and the layout - design of the briq itself: For one thing it is small, small enough to fit in the small pocket of your jeans even, which does make it appealing for customers who care about concealment and convenience. It also has a wide range of terpenes allowing the flavor the be superior to that of other 2g carts that just fill their tanks with any distillate, while also using them in the amounts that will not only effect the customer but help and remedy the medical user. Lets talk about the actual make up of the briq. To start try and can imagine a square, fairly thin, 3 to 4 inch's with a tip placed at the top of the square and a dividing line going down the square to separate the liquid from the airflow area. My main concern is that the 2 grams of oil so close to an empty opening leaves room for the oil to find its way to the mouthpiece of the device creating a clog that seems to cause some form of polling at times, taking away a good amount of oil from the tank out from the leaky tip. My next concern is that the all-in-one is so small and thin that it is quite hard to make sure the cart is always standing upright, this is important because in my observation I noticed that if I kept it upright and made sure it didn't fall it would generally be ok (none of those things happened to the pound cake briq btw). This becomes a little frustrating; when trying to enjoy a cart, in my opinion you shouldn't have to develop a low form of OCD to make sure that it is always upright or you risk loosing a lot of the oil and therefor a...

(Tall, Hispanic, tattoos and a gauge ear piercing) I only encountered him twice. Tonight I walked in to pick up an order that was previously placed online, it was about 8:50. They close at 9 so Iām expecting to be in and out but to my surprise it was a good 7 people before me. Understandable , I will wait. Luis checked me in and I went inside to wait my turn. There were 4 additional people that checked in after me. Luis waited until the last two came in to assist and decided he was going to help out the very last two people who walked in .. pointed at them and requested them to step up to the cashier to be assisted. never mind the THREE (including myself) that were here before. The store had at least 10 customers in it. I find it highly distasteful and it shows lack of decency. After expressing my disappointment, Luis only response was āthankfully I only have 6 minutes leftā and went to the back immediately after serving his faves. There were still 2 people waiting to be helped⦠everyone else was assisting customers. Not only do I shop here but itās the ONLY dispensary I recommend and have referred tons of people here. Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday was my 6th time visiting the facility. All my other experiences were super friendly and fast service. Yesterday the usual guy who helps me was nowhere to be seen. Perhaps he was off that day. From the reviews I've read, it must have been Liam since he is receiving the highest of praises in the review section. Anyway, I walked in and had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Normally as soon as I walk in, if there isn't already someone at the desk, they come out immediately. I was asked for my ID after I showed my order confirmation on my phone, which I'd never been asked for previously. I inquired "Do I look under 21?" I'm middle- aged and even though my gray hair was covered, I'm sure I don't look like a teenager anymore. Then when I get inside when the person came to the register where I was standing waiting to receive my order so I can pay and leave; she asked me who was first, me or a guy standing near the kiosk approximately 6 ft. behind me. Like what? If I'm the one standing here, who TF do you think is first? Me who is first or the person way back there? Why were they so confused and disorganized? I didn't get the fast friendly service I'd become used to with my guy who is usually there to help.
