Galore Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I've been to this place a few times since it is right up the road. Today decided to get a chicken parm sub, a Buffalo chicken sub [which come with fries], a pint of mac and cheese [which I had there awhile ago and was good], and a pint of coleslaw because my boyfriend wanted it on his sandwich and that was the smallest size they had.

We ordered and waited for a food it wasn't too busy [Monday around 5ish], it didn't take very long to get.

When we got home and tried the food that is where we ran into issues. The fries tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave [didn't even bother to eat them], the mac and cheese had been put into two containers one was so watery and had so few noodles it was more like a mac and cheese soup. When looking at it, it definitely didn't look like any mac and cheese I've ever seen before. Pictures attached of both to show thr difference in what was served. The other the cheese was so water I didn't even eat it. The subs were mediocre not the greatest but edible. Not what I would expect from a pizza place. The coleslaw was okay, just your run of the mill coleslaw.

I did end up calling to complain, and they did offer to reimburse me or credit me for the mac and cheese, stating they do not even make the mac and cheese there. I ended up walking back with the mac and cheese just to show them what they had served wasn't too much reaction but they did give me back my money for the mac and cheese.

Overall the customer service was decent, but how can you serve that? Overall not worth the 24$ we spent since they refunded the mac and...

Previously I stopped in and didn't have time to wait. The orders are prepared fresh. You can call in or wait about 20 minutes. I was satisfied with my order. I would definitely go back. I have to (UPDATE) my previous review. Last week I placed a order for two fish sandwiches/fries. Tilapia & flounder. Sent my husband to pick up the order with a note written down Tilapia & flounder. He returned with a container with whiting written on the top. The sandwiches were the worst trash I ever seen. Two very small dried out whiting on a big sub roll. Flounder was not much better. One piece cut in half on big long sub roll cut in half. For me a fish sandwich comes on regular sliced bread, not a sub roll. That is not how we do it. I called to let them know. They didn't seem to care. I have worked in the food industry before for over 25 years. I know how to treat customers and serve good food. Quality and presentation is the key. All the food on your menu should be good. Sometimes doing it all is not a good idea. Learn how to treat and serve the people who keep you in bussiness. One of the most horrible experiences specially at a place where Customer Service in courtesy is everything.

Placed the order over the phone and was informed that the food would be ready in 15 minutes. When I reached there, I had to wait additional 10 minutes over 15 minutes and the food was still not ready. There was this senior person at the counter who acted like He was the owner. When I complained, he said, if you don’t want the food, then don’t worry about it will give it to somebody else and you can leave. I was so disappointed by the interaction, And his attitude towards customers. I could tell right away that he wasn’t the owner. When I asked him about the owner details, he said go figure it out yourself. He’s not going to give any details.
