SFC Seoul Fried Chicken - Somerset — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I originally came here dissatisfied because they messed up my chicken sandwich and didn’t offer to replace it. However after I left my review, the owner got in touch with me and was willing to replace it for me free of charge. The customer service here was very good from the owners, I really liked that they took care of me instead of ignoring my complaint like some restaurants tend to do when there is an issue.

As for the food, the southern fried chicken sandwich was delicious. The come back sauce is very good, and pairs well with all the other ingredients on the sandwich. The crispiness was on point, and the fries were made very well. Overall my meal was very tasty, and I would certainly recommend it.

They gave me the wrong sandwich (I ordered southern and they gave SFC) and when I asked them to fix the guy at the counter said they “already made it” and literally told me to order another one. Also they added pickles when I can’t have any. Removed the pickles myself.

Edit: Owner contacted me and has offered to give the correct sandwich free of charge. I changed my review to 4 stars for now and I’ll be going in tomorrow to try the sandwich I ordered and...

Yesterday was my brother’s birthday and he really wanted to try Seoul Fried Chicken, to our delight we realized the Somerset location just minutes away was now open so we didn’t have trek all the way to Edison!! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the staff was absolutely exceptional in their hospitality, kindness and generosity. We ordered the family box, signature box and a sandwich to try and we had more than enough for the seven of us! The food was amazingly fresh, delicious, crispy and flavorful. The sauces are really good and we loved having so many options. Even the sides were phenomenal, waffle fries, coleslaw and corn bread were great! At the end of our meal the staff came out with a plate of brownies for our family and sang happy birthday to my dear brother and it the nicest surprise to end our wonderful evening!
