I recently visited this restaurant with my family to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by a poor and rude service. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff was not attentive to our needs.
Upon entering the restaurant, we were initially seated at a table near the front of the kitchen door. Considering we had a baby in our group, we kindly requested to be moved to a different table for a more comfortable dining experience. However, instead of accommodating our request, the server responded in an extremely rude manner and began arguing with us.
The server's behavior was completely uncalled for and left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. It was disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially on a day meant for celebration. The server's lack of empathy and unwillingness to address our concerns only added to our disappointment.
As a result of this poor service, our overall experience at the restaurant was far from enjoyable. It is unfortunate that what should have been a special day ended on such an unpleasant note. We left the restaurant feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, vowing not to return in the future.
In conclusion, the restaurant's poor service, particularly the server's rude behavior and refusal to accommodate our simple request, left a lasting negative impression on our dining experience. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when celebrating a special occasion.
Overall food was average and we waited for a very long time for our food to come.
After this bad experience we were charged with a 18% of...
Read more‘Kabab Culture’, it’s a heaven for those who enjoy rich, aromatic and authentic Indian food.
We came across ‘Kabab Culture’ as an option for catering food for our daughter’s 1st B’day. Upon visiting the restaurant, talking to Sid and tasting food, we finalized on multiple party trays for our guests (approx. 70): ‘Juicy Angarey Chicken Tikkas’, ‘Chicken Reshmi Seekh Kabab’, ‘Chicken Xacuti’, ‘Dal Makhani’, ‘Assorted Nan/Parathas’, ‘Jeera Rice’. Everything came out wonderful and same as how we tried it as part of our food tasting. Our feedback from tasting was considered for the final ordered to ensure we get exactly what we want and how we want. Food was well packed, freshly cooked in morning and delivered on time (12.30 pm) at our outdoor party location.
About the food - EVERYTHING was PERFECT !!! Succulent and juicy Angarey Tikkas with rich creamy marinade and charred corners reminded us of the Tandoori Tikkas served at the Dhabas in North India. Reshmi Seekh was subtle, aromatic and rich in flavor, just how we like to have it. Chicken Xacuti (a Goan curry) was equally flavorful with a hint of coconut and other nuts, a must try (it was first time for us). Dal Makhani was so far the best we had in any US restaurants, creamy texture with earthy flavor. Very close to ‘Dal Bukhara’ with kidney beans in it. Butter Nan/Pudina Paratha were equally fresh and light along with Jeera rice (their Jeera rice is also flavorful with cracked jeera, unlike many other places where Jeera is added to rice while boiling the rice).
A must try place...

A fine dining restaurant, especially one with decent customer reviews, means nothing if basic respect and customer service are not consistently upheld throughout the restaurant’s journey. Failing to maintain this will only invite trouble sooner or later.
Here is my personal experience.
It was a weekly friends’ gathering, and we chose this place for dinner. The evening started on a good note, and we ordered the first set of kebab appetizers, which were reasonably good. The trouble started when we ordered Gobi 65, it had way too much artificial color, almost the entire dish was just color. I understand some food may have added color, but this was far too much to handle.
When I raised my concern, the restaurant staff member made the situation worse through his actions. He was not willing to replace the dish with a properly made one. He was particularly aggressive and his tone was noticeably harsh, not the kind of treatment I would expect or want to receive at any restaurant.
Considering the high prices, I expected better quality and much better service.
If the restaurant is willing to take credit for their good dishes, they should also be open to honest feedback and ready to correct mistakes , especially when the concerns are reasonable.
I’ve decided to move on and will not return to this restaurant. I’m sharing this as an awareness note for future diners. Please pay attention to the excessive use of artificial colors in some items, ask upfront, and make careful choices...
