I just received my purse and all its contents. I had no doubt it would be as Pratik reassured me. I left it in the Starbucks next door three days ago. I had gotten to Henderson, KY, 162 miles away when I realized it was gone. After tears and a full blown anxiety attack, I remembered where it was the last time I had it. Calling to find it was there caused me to express a great deal of emotion. Pratik took my situation and helped me patiently work through the decisions. To say he was kind and expert in explaining everything is an understatement. He went the extra mile. I had to take a couple of breaks and call him back. He kept the same kind and calm demeanor. When the decision was made for him to process my shipment he assured me there would be daily updates as I chose the slower and least costly method. That did not change his concern for me. My brother and I started our morning waiting in line at the DMV. It turned out that we needed something notarized, ugh. I went online to see if this location had any appointments available, but they only had one and it was hours later. I just booked it but then we drove over to see if they could do it sooner. We walked in and were immediately greeted and helped! I explained what was going on and they were able to notarize our document right then! We had great conversations with the friendly staff. My little 4 month old baby was a little fussy and they were so great with him as well, they even gave him a tiny lion stuffy. Once we were finished, the guy that helped us (I can’t remember his name!) walked us to the door and opened it for us! We were able to go back to the DMV and successfully get my brother’s ID! 10/10 experience here, we will definitely be returning for business....

I don’t often write reviews unless I have had either an amazing experience or a horrible experience. This experience was by far the best experience I have ever had in a UPS store. Greeted by someone holding the door for me I walked in with my return in hand. I forgot to tape it up so I asked if I could get a piece tape. The worker offered to tape it for me. Both workers who talked to me gave me the best experience. It was super quick and easy.

Another note: while sitting in the parking lot I watched one of their workers walk out to someone’s car to help him unload his box. While the trunk of the car was opening, the worker make sure the trunk didn’t him the customers daughter head.
