White Bison Coffee — Restaurant in Franklin

I Visit this white bison frequently along with the one on highway 96. Today I needed some coffee for a little afternoon pick me up. I waited at the counter for ten mins before a young girl walks out with her airpod in one ear talking on the phone. She never said anything to me. So I say hello and proceed to order. I order coffee and a breakfast sandwich since the sign says breakfast served all day. She shakes her head no at me. I ask if they serve breakfast all day and she just shakes her head again. I pay for my coffee which tasted like sugar water and decide to make the short drive to the highway 96 white bison where they very happy to take my order and treat everyone there is smiling and courteous. Never going back to that white bison on Carothers for anything, I’ll even fuel up elsewhere. I am in transportation and fill up every other day if not daily. I’ll take my business where it is...

I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of coffee & have found that White Bison is by far among the best when it comes to options & taste. Only problem I had at this location is, this morning was my 2nd visit (to this location) and the two females surrounding the young lady who typically works there took over when I tried to talk to the regular girl. The red-headed girl (regular) is THE SOLE reason I returned there because she helped me so much on my 1st visit & made such helpful suggestions. I was somewhat pushed back as the other two women forcibly pushed HER aside and took over. It was as if there was a competition of up-selling or knowledge going on and the girl who helped me so much was left out. Coffee delicious. Regular service great. 5 Stars for that. Two added ladies today, not so much so. Better way to train or audit if that was what was...

We ended up here for coffee because BOTH coffee shops at the mall were closed (Starbucks and Cafe Latte). We had low expectations for “speciality” coffee from a gas station but the coffee AND the service were outstanding. We each got a latte. One with almond milk and an extra shot of expresso. The other with half and half. The barista asked questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted even though we had already submitted our order (it was slow…I wouldn’t necessarily expect that if they were busy).
