Subway — Restaurant in Franklin

This is our favorite restaurant. It’s very quick to order. You have lots of choices for meat and no meat lovers. We usually order Italian herb and cheese bread which includes some times Chicken teriyaki or without chicken. You can add variety of cheese on these breads. However, we don’t like much cheese. You can toast it or not toast it. We usually toast it which gives some melty taste. Then, you can add so many veggies in that. We typically add onions, jalapenos, black olives and lettuce on that. If you are a meat lover then you can add verity of meats such as beef and pork etc. Even, you can add egg white if you are an eggeterian. You can add your favorite sauce also. Our favorite sauce is sweet onion sauce. This will give some great taste for your tongue. You can cut into any number of pieces, but we usually cut 4 pieces on the foot long. For us the cleanness is very important. We see how clean on the restaurant. This subway is well maintained and very clean. Definitely, I recommend to friends and family to visit here. Experience was not excellent, but was alright. Store has a strange layout as compared to other stores with a queue line. There seemed to only be one older gentleman working, and he was doing everything. Service was a little slow, and he didn't seem to understand what we were saying very well. When he checked out our order, I asked for 2 combos with cookies, and what type of cookies. We grabbed the small drink cups and he acted like we were stealing drinks. I repeated that we wanted combos. He ended up charging us a higher price for each thing individually. The food as decent and as expected. The tomatoes where not real great however. I came to this subway like 4 months ago and the experience was horrible the bread and veggies were so old and 4 months later I came to give it another try this time it even worse first they gave me the wrong sub then one of the sub wasn’t even cut and they tried to give me half a cookie when I complained they rudely exchanged it for me. The cookies were a little tasteless. The cheese didn’t even get a chance to melt before they took it out of the oven. WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
