Update 9/9: Took off 1 star because I was not impressed with their service department. As promised when I bought the car from them that I would take my car to them for service. They just didn’t live up to their part of the bargain. Since owning the Bronco, it has a few issues and I knew this was probable as the first year production. As such, as these issues piled up to a point I needed them addressed I called the service center to make an appointment. I wasn’t initially happy with the service when I first spoke to someone at Freehold Ford to schedule the appointment. When I was outlining my concerns, the gentleman on the other line sounded as if I was wasting his time and at one point cut me off saying he would not have his technicians drive that fast to recreate a potential problem I stated. I found that to bit off the mark since whatever they do to diagnose the concerns I’m bringing up is their problem, not mine, I would assume they have a way to figure these things out and to assume that I was asking them to break the law to diagnose my issue was nonsense. When I was there to drop off the truck one morning and I was outlining the issues again, the service advisor again cut me off And said we can’t have our technicians drive that fast to recreate the problem. I was annoyed at this point and simply said, thats not what I’m asking. He seemed to get more customer oriented from that point onward and thankfully so because I was already annoyed at how they were treating me like I was being a pest. In the end, they resolved only 1 issue and they couldnt recreate the other issues I brought up, even though as soon as I left the service center, the brake clicking/popping issue happened again. This is the first Ford I ever bought and I’m so far finding out that I have not missed out on anything. They’re an average dealership overall given this service after you buy the car. I’ll update my review again if they end up wowing me at some point in the future. Original Review: Had a great experience buying my Bronco from Freehold Ford. Originally made the reservation 18 months ago. When it got closer for my Bronco to arrive, Jacky and Mike were very helpful in keeping me updated on the status. When I got to the dealership when my truck finally arrived, the salesperson and finance officer were great. They did try to add on services to which I politely declined but they were not too pushy at all. I hope these dealerships do find another way to reward their employees so that the interactions can be more pleasant and healthy from beginning to end. I'm sure there's a way to do that. It's a sales-oriented business and I expected that, nevertheless, it was a great experience overall.

Buyer Beware – Misleading Sales Tactics and Zero Accountability I’m deeply disappointed by my experience purchasing a Mustang Mach-E at this dealership. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of — especially by Nick and Dino, who were both unhelpful when I later raised concerns. First, despite expressing that I wanted a new vehicle and was keen on purchasing a car with the most advanced technology, which naturally would've been the 2025 model (newest at the time), I later found out it was actually a 2024. This was not made clear during the sales process and felt like a deliberate omission. Now, another issue has arisen from the purchase, which is making the entire ordeal feel more like a nightmare. During the sale, I was explicitly told the dealership would cover the installation costs for a home charging station. I was upfront about living in a homeowners association and provided details about the project site. The team assured me this wouldn’t be a problem. What they didn’t tell me was that: • I would be required to use their vendor, with no option to choose my own. • The dealership’s financial contribution was capped, and any additional cost would fall on me. • There could be significant out-of-pocket expenses — which I later learned would be around $5,000. Overall, while the information may have been provided in writing, the differences were not clearly explained during the sales process, which left me feeling misinformed. As a first-time buyer, I would have appreciated more transparency and guidance from the sales team. For those considering a new vehicle, I highly recommend avoiding this dealership, and regardless of which Ford dealership you do use, I recommend asking detailed questions, reviewing all documents carefully, and recording the interactions if possible and legal in your state. Now I understand why people are so hesitant to trust these dealerships and so skeptical about purchasing new vehicles.... buyer beware.

Buyer Beware – Misleading Sales Tactics and Zero Accountability

I’m deeply disappointed by my experience purchasing a Mustang Mach-E at this dealership. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of — especially by Nick and Dino, who were both unhelpful when I later raised concerns.

It’s an understatement to say Nyheem was the best car dealer I’ve ever worked with. He makes you feel so welcomed and more like a friend who’s guiding you and navigating a generally complicated process. He took all the complication out of it, thought of every last detail to set me up with everything needed so efficiently, and was so beyond caring, affable, and helpful. He seems like such a good person, and he’s the type of person that you want to work with especially when it comes to buying a car.

In all honesty, I wasn’t planning to purchase a car that day. I was initially intending on seeing that car and a few others before making my final decision, however, Nyheem really helped me see how perfect of a fit the Bronco Badlands is for me and he’s also such a knowledgeable, kind, and supportive person that it was easy to see I wanted to purchase that car and from him.

Everyone at the dealership was an absolute pleasure from the individual at reception always being as nice, friendly, and patient as could be to every single person I have interacted with (Shane, Dennis, Jaclyn). They all take their time to help you vs making you feel rushed or like your questions aren’t important. Everyone there seems to take pride in their job, make you feel as comfortable as possible, has a good sense of humor, and takes care in what they do. It has a family feel and they make you feel very much part of that vibe. I can’t even explain how ecstatic I am with my new car- I couldn’t be happier and Nyheem took the time and care to set everything up on my phone and explain the features of the car and also made it clear I could get in touch with him at any time with any question; even on his day off he responded to a question and was very helpful. This is the type of dealership that makes me want to continue purchasing my future...
