Update 3/29/24 Since my last review, I watched staff do their best to do better. I have much respect to the Top Manager there and he exudes positivity and engages in such a heartfelt way with his staff and his customers. He doesn't even have a clue my heart felt his energy engaging with his staff. He has no idea who I could be but By God's hand I will do my best to support and work around their issues and frustrations. They made as much change as they can with an aging building and an exhausted staff. As an ex corporate worker I have seen monsters in management. Driving the ship with fear. There are many good people here, but it’s a changing demographic and the influx of those replacing those who’ve left just aren’t as economically prosperous, and you see it in the shopping here. A mix of shops, some immensely struggling. A lot of commuters park here for day runs into Manhattan (2 hours each way by bus — ouch). While run-down and not well maintained, it seems safe.
