Stay Away – They Care More About Money Than Customers( also be aware of their fake reviews - it’s clear they have used them to raise their score) and they aren’t even BBB acredited. Such a joke.
updated And the lies begin- they responded with so many lies. They knocked on the door 20 seconds after the therapist left. And then allowed ten seconds between each knock. And my husband was putting on my shoes. It’s such a shame of what lengths people will go to. No one yelled. Clearly the drama of the person responding thrives on this and has morning better to do but to clean up their poor reputation. And the couple they are referring to were shaking their head due to the I professionalism of this place. Just beware of this lack of professionalism. Who responds to a customer who also tipped regardless of the companies lack of manners because it wasn’t their fault. *
This place is a total scam. We paid for a full session but were shorted on our time. When we brought it up, the front desk staff didn’t apologize or try to make it right. Instead, they pointed to a hidden sign—buried behind other items—like they were deliberately trying to hide their shady policy. This crucial information was nowhere on their website.
When we tried to address the issue, the staff member blatantly ignored us, dismissed our concerns, and eventually walked away while we were still speaking. He seemed like he had some sort of major stress disorder or a ticking time bomb. Very scary. Another employee came out, but instead of actually listening, they brushed us off, saying, “It’s a holiday, we’re busy,” as if that somehow justified ripping off customers. Their attitude made it clear: they only care about packing in as many appointments (and dollars) as possible rather than delivering the service people actually pay for.
And from what I can see in other negative reviews, this is a pattern. Instead of owning up to their terrible service, they just lie and make excuses, twisting the story to make themselves look good. I’m sure they’ll do the same here.
Run far, far away. There are plenty of other places where you’ll actually be respected as a customer. This is NOT...
Read moreI cannot believe how I was disrespected after coming here. I of course chose this place because of the reviews. I definitely enjoyed my massage and wanted to come back to the same person as she was great. I was hounded by a man at the front door to tip. Tipping is at the CLIENTS discretion. People like him are the reasons why we do not like tipping at a POS either. He told me I would not be able to see her again and all people never come back when they say they are going to tip next time. I don't know how they have so many good reviews without addressing the person at the front door. He is the reason people don't come back! I just couldn't believe after having a great experience with my massage how it was ruined by such an ugly attitude with the person at the front desk. Just RUDE. If you are like me, and like to make sure the service you receive is the same when you go back before tipping be prepared to either TIP starting at 20% or be spoken to with the upmost disrespect. If you don't tip you will be dismissed from the establishment and future bookings. It seems like the ladies are not being paid enough or being paid fairly for someone to hound a customer like this for a tip. New management is needed, my first experience here was AWFUL!
I wish I would have recorded him, I did not have a bad attitude nor did I raise my voice. Its a shame when an owner cannot take accountability for their disrespect (try to make it right) and blame the customers. I spoke to the other people waiting and they were in disbelief in what they saw. I don't believe any of the ladies receive their tips from you.

First time here, Amy was great! She did an amazing job, she applied the right pressure, she paid attention to my knots, and she was gentle when I stated an area hurt and she did a full body deep tissue massage from head to toe.
I’m very familiar with massages as I get them often, and worked at a very well known massage company for years. I wouldn’t say this place is the most professional or cleanest. During my massage and when it was time to turn over I had to ask several times for the sheet that covers you up so that I wouldn’t be exposed but she stated she didn’t understand English which felt skeptical. While getting dressed another therapist burst the door wide open and a man walked in. I was thankful I was dressed and at the point of putting my shoes on because that would have been a huge problem. I also didn’t full comfortable getting fully undressed for my massage as I would at a more reputable company.
When checking out, I had to ask for a receipt to sign and they had the screen still on the add a tip area which I had to watch him close it out and confirm he sent it to my phone which was extremely skeptical because it indicated that if I did not confirm it was closed it, there might be additional charges to my card that were unauthorized.
Overall, If you’re looking for an affordable massage and don’t care about professionalism, privacy, guidelines etc. Definitely come here!
They give great massages, for a low price but remember you get what...
