Golden Pot — Restaurant in Frisco

This was my first time trying this place. I order a kids menu, a compound rice chicken & spicy kung pao with ONLY CHICKEN & SHRIMP. I got my order 30 minutes till i opened my food. I didn't eat it right away. When i looked at my order spicy kung pao.theyre was only 3 SHRIMP and the rest chicken. They also charged me more for it. I called because i was concerned about my meal or there was a mistake. When i called i told them about my meal and they refuse to take it back. The lady on the phone was very rude and annoying and unrespectable. She denied about my meal several times and told me that she can't do anything about it because supposed "I already eat it" when i didn't. She started arguing more and being rude she also told me she was the manager and then hanged up without a explanation. I laughed. Im never going back again in that place. If you ever wanna eat Chinese food go to Yum Yum...

Condiments, forks and paper towels are on the table, guests can choose according to their needs, we will also remind guests! Shrimp sold a lot every day, we often eat it, no problem! This was a reply from the owner. Are you for real right know. Price of food going up and know a $5 delivery fee that does not go to the delivery driver. So what happens know a driver will have less money. I tip the driver not there fault. However the people answering phone is rude. No customer service. Time to move on. Food and service does not equal to the money you pay here. Hit or miss on the cook of the day if food is...

Tonight’s ordering experience was the worst. The wrong order was delivered. We ordered Szechuan chicken (carrots, celery, onion, bell pepper). Clearly got Hunan chicken (broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms, zucchini, water chestnuts, snow peas). When we called to tell them, they insisted what we had was Szechuan. I even read them what their menu said should be in it. They still said the dish I had with all of those “Hunan” veggies in it was their Szechuan. I’ve never had Szechuan with all that - it was the wrong dish!!!! Reluctantly they said they’d credit me back for that one dish. Horrible customer service and our other dishes - beef broccoli, vegetable mei fun and hot and sour soup weren’t even that good. Will never order from here again. Who knows...
