Starbucks — Restaurant in Fullerton

Ordered a venti iced coffee w hazelnut in drive thru. When at pu I noticed I forgot the half and half. Asked for it to be added. Cashier took it back to 2 different areas and gave it back to me. I thanked him and apologized for forgetting to say add creamer. Then I drove off and didn't taste it till after couple miles. It was disgusting. Tasted as though cigarette ashes were mixed in. I felt nauseous. Not good. Called the store and asked for the manager. The fellow who had answered the phone said he was the supervisor on duty. His name was Juan. He said for me to come back and they would remake it. I told him I was too far away, he then said he would write my name down in a book(?) so that when I came back it would let the supervisor on duty know to remake my drink. I know this was only a simple order but what was that in my drink to make me sick. I have it still in my car in case I need it tested. Sorry but highly doubt I'll go back to...

I mobile ordered a grande drink and a venti drink. I was handed 2 of the grande drink only. I explained it was wrong and was told "oh, it printed twice..." and had to show my correct order, explain the error, etc and wait while they made me a new drink on the fly, with a dozen cars waiting behind me. I was then handed another WRONG drink. At which point I took it and left. I followed up with online customer service asking for a refund and explaining what had happened. I assumed a simple credit for my $7 drink wouldn't be a problem given the embarrassing amount of money I spend with the company. I was told, "sorry, the barista needs to make it right when it happens, we'll keep your money though". Clearly customer retention is not part of the Starbucks business model. Forcing customers to hold up lines and nag at already over worked and...

Totally and hands down one of the best Starbucks in the area. Staff is cordial like Deryck and Manager Rosa. Upon entry, I was under the impression that this is a reserve store. Borders on Harbor, Brea, Fullerton on the mobile Starbucks app. Wifi is speedy on all my devices

My mobile drink was ready and hot when I walked in on a rainy day. This manager was previously at a store in Brea and it's' obvious to me and many friends I brought in agreed this store functions on a five star level. Even disadvantaged people were treated with respect.

Visited on busy/non-busy times and noticed little to no variation in the service, quality and serene and happy environment. Drive thru is busy. Police, Fire and Physicians/Nurses from St. Jude Hospital hang here. Happy place, environment and just an overall awesome...
