I visited this evening, hoping you redeemed yourselves, but I left irritated and angry I choose you to dine with. I should've left before i paid, but that was my fault. Let me explain something please. Your prices are both hard to understand, and each time I've been here the price is fundamentally different when I pay. Example, I asked for the double cheeseburger combo. Advertised for $11 and change, came to $19.99??!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Only good thing was the burger was good. I hope the Better Bussiness Bureau investigates this franchiess and shuts you down! You should not deceive your costumers! Worst customer service in a drive through EVER! They close at 9, we hit the drive through at 8:55. The guy over the speaker is rude and short. When we tried to add on to the order he started sounding irritated. I know you close at 9 and frankly I DON'T CARE. You're paid an hourly wage to do a job and as long as you're on the clock you're supposed to be professional and polite. So after they rushed the food out to us I checked the order only to find it was WRONG and they had snatched the tip cup and closed the window never to be seen again. So now here I am eating a salad I didn't order because Fernanda and whoever else wanted to go home so bad.... Do better. This is my favorite Farmer Boys location of the several I've tried. Had several terrible experiences at the Farmer Boys off El Toro in Laguna Hills. The one in Fullerton has never messed up my orders. Fries come out great and really stay crisp! Onion rings and zucchini fries are yum too.

I only wish they would post how many calories all of their buns have. Just a few are listed. I like to substitute my bun for a lettuce wrap and want to know how many calories I'm saving with the swap. Burger patties are well seasoned and tasty.
