34th Street Plaza — Attraction in Gainesville

I do not gi here often .. But on 2 out of the 3 occasion's that I have been there there has been between 12 and 16 people in line. With one poor soul left to take care everyone...And of course have the corporate greeting when new people come in the store. I absolutely love 34th Street Plaza for its convenience and great shopping options. The Metro Diner is a must-visit for their amazing breakfast offerings, and the UPS Store on site is hands down the best I've ever been to. The owner is incredibly friendly and the staff is always amazing. However, one downside is that the parking lot can often be very dirty. Took a very long time for our food at lunchtime. Fries were not even Luke warm when we received our food and chicken tenders lacked taste and seasoning. Restaurants seem very unorganized and have no systems in place to handle busy periods. The manager was sitting in the back until the cooks called for him several times. I requested packets of salt for our cold fries only to be told they don't carry salt. Really? A restaurant with no salt? I have heard it all.
