This spot has been open since July and it’s by far Gainesville’s best kept secret. I consider myself to be a well traveled fella, I’ve been around the world a few times and have happened across some fine dispensaries all across this fine US of A. I’ve been on the Reddit, and let me tell you folks, it’s just poison. Jungle Boys this, The Flowery that. You want a West Coast dispo? Look no further than around the corner from Krispy Kreme.

The quality of the flower has blown me away. Far better than anything else I’ve found in this lawless swap so far.

I can’t forget about the staff either! I gotta tell you that Mike, Tyler, and Faith are probably the most patient people I have ever experienced in this setting. I normally just disregard what folks at dispos recommend but holy cow do these folks know what they’re talking about. They’re super friendly and cool, they’re incredibly knowledgeable and honest too. If they haven’t tried a strain, they won’t lie to you, and for me, that goes a long way.

So please hit up Cookies! Get you a nice West Coast experience, get you a fat discount, and get some great recommendations from Mike, Tyler, and Faith!

Leaving a one star review based on the actual product itself, not on the staff or experience. That was great. The staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The store was clean. The ordering process and check out was quick and efficient. The product, however, is meh. This spot presents itself like it's selling the Wagyu beef of marijuana, but it's McDonald's hamburgers at best. I purchased 4 flower 8ths, and all of them are not good. All of them! It blows my mind. Even with discounts, the price point was still high ($115 for this order), considering 3 of the 4 8ths were the small flower (aka smediums). Every strain I got has minimal smell and no real taste. All are too harsh when smoked. The buds for the Caffeine strain were so adorably small it cracked me up. It also smokes like hay (this is $44 retail, too). Even the Blanco, which is 30% THC and $50 retail, is meh. It's not doing it for me. It's extremely mediocre all around, even the potency. I don't typically leave reviews, but this place is all marketing and style. I gave it a whirl, but with my experience there's no reason for me to go back here. You're better off with Grow Healthy and Sanctuary....

Drove from north Florida to visit with family and was very excited to try cookies for the first time. I had a very long trip and came straight off the interstate to this location, upon arrival I saw some portable bathrooms outside, and naturally after the long trip I just had, I had to use it. So I go inside and ask the man at the counter “are those portable bathrooms you alls?” He replies “yes”. So I say “great I’m going to use it real quick and I’ll be right back in to shop.” And then he proceeds to tell me that I can’t use it. Confused I ask why, and he informs me it’s because it’s if the key gets lost it’s $1,000 to replace it. Mind you, I told him I would be RIGHT BACK INSIDE to shop, as I am a licensed Fl MM patient. Sad to say I did not get to spend the $400 I planned on spending in there, and I took my business to the dispensary a few buildings down, which I HIGHLY recommend!!! Great staff, and they even let me use the restroom!! Besides, is it not state of Florida law for dispensaries to have bathrooms available for patients to use? Maybe if I come across another cookies in the future I will stop and shop, but I promise it won’t be this one in...
