We purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from them last week. Kayla nearly loaded all three by herself! With any refurbished item, it runs risk of being defective. It's a chance you take even at major retailers. I called Kayla, let her know that my washer was not spinning out. She gave me two options which were also on the bill of sale so I was well aware of them. The first option was to bring the washer up to them and they will have a look at it. The second option, which is what we chose, was to pay a $65 service charge for them to come to our home. She took my payment over the phone and put me on the schedule for Wednesday of next week.
I could not be happier with the process. Everything was very transparent open and honest. I get the sense that they are very humble and not just out for a quick buck. Which is why I will buy from them again. ( in 2 weeks because I need a stove too!)
The dryer purchased, is exceptional. It can dry things very quickly makes no noise other than normal dryer noise. I've gotten a load of towels dry in half the time it took my old dryer,( approximately 20 minutes).
The refrigerator works like a gem. Was very clean. The top keeps everything Frozen, the bottom keeps everything at a perfect temperature. And thanks to Kayla it was the right size. She was very knowledgeable about all products especially the refrigerator because I would have purchased one that was much larger than the space I had at home.
So after reading all of the reviews and some of the reviews people left. I feel as if they just communicated better with Kayla and her partner that they would have been just as satisfied as I am. I purchased a washer from this business on July 12th and asked the wife- owner several times if it worked properly and was checked out good. She assured me that it was and she wouldn’t (sell) it if it was bad. I spent $300 on it and it was working fine, just long enough for the (warranty) to run out. I put a load of clothes in on August 12th and went out to check on them and noticed that my entire shed was flooded because the washer just kept running in the tub. I unplugged it, reset it, reset the breaker for it and nothing shut it off until I turned the water itself off. I reached out on the 16th of August to let her know what was going on and she assured me when she got back in Tuesday that she would fix it and make it (right). She text me Tuesday and told me it was out of warranty and I said are you serious? She responded with (yes you bought it July 12th) She said you just pay part and labor and we can fix it and I asked how much it was to see what is wrong with it and she said $65.00. Which I get everyone needs to be paid for there work, nothing is free but I paid $300 for it and you want me to pay $65.00 for you just to look at it? THEN pay whatever you mark the part up too and DECIDE you want to charge for labor. So I could be looking at paying you exactly what I paid you for it in the first place or more. Read moreAbsolutely WORST customer service I have experienced, WORST! I bought two stoves and a fridge. Couldn’t fit the fridge on my trailer so I said I would come back. It’s now been a month am still no fridge. I was told by lady to come Saturday at 11:00 am to pick up this weekend. This was the third week / attempt to pick up fridge. I get there and no one is there. I call number, voicemail is full and no on returns my call. After calling the number 10-15 times finally a man responded, no name, and said he didn’t know anything about 11:00 am apt. But that he was out making deliveries and would be by the store between 12 and 1, to call him back at 12:30 to see where he was. I called at 12:38 and no answer again. After several calls the man finally answered as if he is frustrated. He then said about 30 more minute. 1:00 rolled by 1:30 rolled by, and crickets. I call, no one showed up.
