Just Escaped — Attraction in Gainesville

wow, what can i say?

from the very beginning of this experience we as a group had the pleasure of having kevin guide us through this exciting story.

when we first met kevin, he was clear with the simple lock instructions. after the instructions were delivered we were moved off to the room.

the room was filled with exciting clues that as a group, we had to work through and solve. as a group this truly tested our team working capabilities. we even learned afterwards about infamous “red haring”, in which false clues are set in an attempt to distract us.

56 minutes later, lots of brain work and a few laughs we had completed the 1940’s murder mystery styled room!

overall the experience was truly magical with the highlight being kevin, who was incredibly patient and well mannered who truly has a passion for his job. kevin also wished flash a happy birthday, the team cat.

10/10 - will return...

We’ve done tons of rooms ranking them from amazing to..not so much. I came here with my kids to do one room. We were so impressed that we asked the owner if we could do another one. Both rooms, Swamp Mining Co. and Abducted were phenomenal. The puzzles and tactics were unique and you could tell that a lot of time and care went into designing these. The owner has an immense amount of passion and it comes through when you chat when him and when he’s explaining the story and rules. I’m extremely critical when it comes to escape rooms. Who wants to pay $25 for a room that is uninspired and leaves you wondering what you paid for? This is not one of those places. If I could give it 6 stars I would. We will definitely be coming back to do every room as soon as we can so we can see what other kinds of fun ideas they have...

This is the best family friendly escape room in Gainesville. Super easy communication and booking via the owner using SMS and email to organize a birthday party for my 12 year old. We had about 17 kids and about 10-15 adults. The facility has 4 escape rooms, clean restrooms, ample parking, AND AN EVENT ROOM WHERE YOU CAN STAGE YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS. Kevin (the owner) helped me pick an event package that would meet my needs. I was able to book and pay for everything online thru their website. I was able to bring outside food to the party, including having pizza delivered. Kevin and his team were very patient with our group and this helped ease my stress.
