Local Filipino store and restaurant for travellers! Many people will probably drive 50+ miles away from Gainesville to find another Filipino restaurant, but don't say no to this place. I wasn't able to find any reliable reviews of this place, but I'm glad and honored to be able to say something about this hidden jewel. Ambience: Convenience store to the right of the store that has snacks for the road or some pasalubong for the parents - restaurant on the left that serves amazing, homemade food. Overall, the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and familiar - definitely a home away from home! Service: It's run by a couple that has had the store open for 10+ years. They're so sweet and friendly, and you'll have your food in a flash! Price: One plate is $6.99; it comes with a heap of rice and your choice of two "entrees" on top. Price Range: $ Menu: All homemade food that ranges from Kaldareta to Ginaatan. When I visited, they served Adobo, Dinuguan, Kaldereta, Ginaatan, Ampalaya, and Pancit Bihon. Menu changes from time to time, so come often to try everything!

10/10 food . I went a few times under the old owners and it was decent . Under the need owners it is great . Friendly staff that can help you figure out what to eat . Very clean and organized . They have about 5 different meals you can buy in sizes small medium or large . Definitely worth checking out any Friday or Saturday between 1000 am - 12 pm for the tasty food

Small restaurant and Asian store in a strip mall in Gainesville, FL for Authentic Filipino cuisine for take out. They cook only 2 days a week, on Friday and Saturday, and come at store opening at 10a to get fresh. They have a specific menu every week. The week I had gone, I ordered pancit bihon, small, and bistek and white rice. The food was excellent!!!!

I just came from this place and it’s absolutely amazing. It’s a family owned business and the people there were so warm and friendly. The people there were so helpful and wonderful it felt like I was back in the Philippines. They had everything I was looking for which was great but the service was just all over fantastic. I will definitely go again. I can’t say enough good things...
