The attached picture is what it should have looked like, instead what I got looked like chocolate ice cream with a few pieces of chocolate thrown in. I did take a picture of what I got but must have accidentally deleted it.

I get the oat milk flavors and love it 😘 customer service was a bit flat but they were quite busy, and everyone has a bad day once in awhile. White raspberry and coffee chocolate chip if I remember correctly.

I have to start this review off with a small disclaimer: I am absolutely biased when it comes to Bruster's Ice Cream. But, it is really only because I've had great dishes every single time I've visited this store. The one thing I get that I love more than anything, is a banana split with three scoops of Graham Central ice cream, hot fudge and peanut butter sauce over the top and whipped cream and a cherry on top. The only business we frequent in this strip mall is Bruster's ice cream shop. I recommend looking online in advance to choose which flavors you want, as they have a long list. The line to order looks long but moves fast. Be warned, the scoops are huge. A small with two scoops seems like a pint of ice cream. They have dairy free and sorbet...
