Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm tired of this place, I purchased 2 items and they do not process the payments on time. Now I'm supposedly late on my items because Aarons didn't process on time? It's like this every month.... I'm seriously thinking of returning the items. Plus when you ask for the manager to return call the rude lady that takes the message never relays the message...I asked for the main manager and she said she "was" the main manager, I told her, "with that type of customer service you are NOT a manager." Then she broke down and said she was the assistant manager....plus after payment was finally processed they kept sending their truck to pick up the items. I wanted to take advantage of the payment options on their website but it seems like this Aarons don't want to assist their customers especially with the rude lady blocking all requests for the main manager. The dryer would then break down but was covered by a warranty that would allow Aaron's to fix it free of charge! This fix was supposed to take 2-3 weeks and ended up taking up to 5 months! We had repeatedly ask them on the phone and in person for a loaner only to be told Aaron's does not have one available. We had to purchase a dryer from a different store until Aaron's finally brought our dryer that we had PAID OFF. The store is now sending people to pick up our dryer because they said it is a loaner! Seriously tired of all this run around with this store. I do not recommend this place.
