My husband & i went there at around 8:30pm. I am very disappointed and angry đ 1st... the female server whom i think is Navajo, was impatient with me, she doesn't know my family have been a long time customer of this small resto. She feels superior đ than the real owners. 2nd... the fried rice is truly a product of the desert, because it was dry đ 3rd... orange chicken... as dry as the desert & you can make it into a weapon by throwing it at sonebody who would like to hurt you or you can also throw it at somebody you like to hurt. 4th... the chicken teriyaki... the chicken meat was sliced in a hurry. Some were sliced correctly & some were almost 2" x 2" đ Thank God for 1 thing... the cashier is a nice lady. She works either at king dragon or here at dragon express. I complained to her about the rice & told her, good thing the boss isn't here đ¤¨. She told me that the rice was almost burnt by whoever cooked it. The managers of both king dragon & dragon express should have a standard when it comes to the texture of their food, the people they are hiring should know how to really cook & the servers they hire should know that only 9pm they are scheduled to go home & not have a terrinle attitude because they are thinking of going home already. If they don't like their job they can just become homeless people. With what happened today, the male Chinese manager will definitely know about this. Owners of any establishment should choose employees who will be good reps of the establishment and not the kind of employees that will pull down the business. That...
Read moreWe went there today. The server was nice. But that was the only positive thing about this experience.
Their kung pao chicken was not even spicy. Their chicken tasted like it wasnât fresh. It wasnât good at all.
The noodles - were just linguine with a greasy and flavorless sauce. It was not good at all.
The sweet and sour chicken was not good either. I literally put one piece in my mouth and was met with a foul taste. I donât know how to describe it. It was not quality chicken. It tasted old. I spit it out as soon as I could.
I tested the egg drop soup and it was bland as well. It also tasted like they used tap water. I could really taste the chlorine. Didnât purchase it.
I gave it a minute and decided to try again. Nope. Still not good. I only ate the celery and zucchini from the kung pao. I ended up throwing the whole plate away.
I wouldnât recommend this...
Read moreWow...this place is so messed up, food is great but the people running it are not so good. I bought the fried rice and she told me it would be extra, which I was ok with. But when i went through the line and paid she told me afterwards that it was $2 extra. I told her I already paid. Then she said she was going to take it out of the cashiers pay...what the heck!!! I told her she should have told the cashier and it's not the cashiers fault and that she should have communicated to her that it's extra. Wish the owners were nicer to their people. I am so done with this place. They just...
